MyAspirus puts your health information in the palm of your hand and helps you conveniently manage care for yourself and your family members. With MyAspirus you can:

To access MyAspirus, you must create an account with Aspirus, our healthcare organization. To sign up for an account, download the app and or visit us at myaspirus.org. After you’ve signed up, turn on Face ID, Touch ID, or a four-digit passcode to quickly log in without needing to use your MyAspirus username and password each time. Then, make sure you have push notifications enabled to receive updates on your device when new information is available in MyAspirus.

Patients can now deactivate their own accounts from the Account Settings activity on the MyChart mobile app. To ensure patients have access to their COVID-19 vaccination and testing information, the COVID-19 activity is now always on in MyChart. Patients now automatically see appointment requests generated from self-triage on the Appointments and Visits page. In the Link My Accounts activity in MyChart, linked organizations are now grouped into sections by how frequently information from those organizations is updated so that patients can better manage updates they need to make manually. The redesigned mobile login page is now on by default to enhance the patient experience.

Organization's logo and the MyChart by Epic logo now appear in a new header on post-login pages of the MyChart mobile app. Patients can now use Google Pay and Apple Pay to make payments in MyChart. With the new COVID Status Preview feature, patients can access their COVID-19 vaccination and testing information from the login screen, without logging in. Patients can generate QR codes to share COVID-19 vaccination and testing credentials with those who need them. Apple Health now supports additional data types. If you use MyChart Care Companion, patients can now access all features of the To Do activity from the MyChart website. If you use MyChart Bedside in MyChart Mobile, patients can now e-sign documents related to their hospital stay on their own devices.

I tried to create an account to check results of my lab work. The app initially wanted me to log in, but I needed to create an account first. After finding the “create account” page and providing my info, the app required me to “answer the Captcha” spam prevention software — but did not provide a question or pictures as Captcha generally does. Sigh … I could not create an account.
I decided since the app wasted ten minutes of my time, I could spend a few more warning you the app doesn’t work as it should.

I appreciate the speed of results apearing so quickly. However I think when the results show a serious health problem it would be better if instead of reading the results the physician ordering the test or primary physician notified you.

Annual exam is a scam
I wish the hospital would disclose immediately how much they would charge the patient. I went in for an annual exam and I was shocked I got a bill worth almost $700. Thanks a lot for being so caring and for charging too much. No wonder why there are a lot of Americans who don’t like to go to the hospitals unless it’s a life or death situation. Why would I be charge for an annual visit which would have been fully covered but weren’t. Thanks Aspirus. You are making a difference.

Wrong information on my account
Something is wrong with my account. There was a notification about linking the information on this account to other accounts from other clinics and I pressed that and there was information that said I had a appointment in the state of Oregon. So I don’t know if I can trust this app any more.

You are not able to pay your bill on the app. It asks for all of your bank account information but doesn’t give you the option to submit and use that account information. It keeps going back to asking how you would like to pay your bill.
