Be careful with set-up
When I first set this up it was during my kid’s tennis tournament. I had some issues and called them and they helped. Somehow during this 2 accounts were setup. I started receiving charges for premium and could not find a way to stop it since my account said free basic subscription. I called again but had to leave a message and no call back. Was able to sign into my account on my desktop and a short live chat resolved the issue. So if you are having problems with the app I would suggest reaching out thru their chat.

Love it! Love it!
This app is awesome! I'm so excited about it ...and so thankful it is now available. It has saved me tons of time already. I love the feature that sorts the tournament applicants by ranking so I can see if my daughter has a chance of getting into some of the higher level tournaments. What used to take me hours of looking at each applicant can now be accomplished with the touch of a button. It has so many helpful features it is hard to pick which ones I want to mention here. I like the calendar and auto reminders to enter tournaments. No more missing entry deadlines. I like knowing I can build my daughter's calendar months ahead of time and that I'll get an email reminder to enter. I also can see all the tournaments she has officially entered at the touch of a button. Another great feature is the "find a doubles partner" button. This will get better as more players use the app and as tournament directors use it to run their events. It is really nice to have this available when you don't know anyone in the tournament. No more having to deal with Facebook to try and find a partner. Yay! I could go on and on. I am super excited about future updates that I've heard are in the works. This already great app is only going to get better. I've heard they are looking to add UTR ratings on the applicants list. That will be unbelievable! This is a must have app for serious tennis players and their parents.

Extremely valuable
I have been managing the tennis life of several of my kids for a decade. I used calendars, spreadsheets, etc to try and make sure I did not miss any opportunities for them to achieve their goals. When this app first launched, I was thrilled. I am still thrilled to this day. So much has changed with structure and location of tournaments as well as the introduction of new rating systems. Not only is this app intuitive and pleasing to the eye, the developers have done an incredible job of keeping up with changes in the tennis world and making timely adjustments based on user feedback. Need to find a doubles partner? Need to book a hotel? Need to take notes on an opponent? It’s all there!

Tennis parents / players were blessed by the MTA
This app is truly phenomenal. Anyone who has grown up playing tennis and registering for tournaments knows the true value of the Match Tennis App. The convenience and efficiency that this app provides is life changing as a tennis parent. From entry deadline reminders, to multi competitive juniors within a household in regards to age divided calendars, to direct links to the USTA & UTR events. Not sure what you could possible ask for more. Match tennis app provides it all. Coming from a junior player, to college tennis, several years on tour, to owning an academy for 15 years to now a parent. My family and I could not feel more blessed and be more appreciative for this app. Thank you MTA Team

Must have for Jr. Tennis
I love this app for organizing jr. tennis. So many great features from building a tournament calendar, sorting players in tournaments by ranking or UTR, medical forms, finding doubles partners, email reminders for tournament deadline, and email notifications of ranking changes. Tournament directors are starting to use it for communication so you don’t have to keep refreshing the USTA site for updates. The developers are super responsive if you have any questions or issues. They are always improving and adding to the app. Match! Tennis App is well worth the subscription price and makes the tennis parenting job a lot easier!

Promising but clunky
A great idea but it’s a bit clunky. Tournament search is difficult and the app misreads several tournaments so you miss ones you need and get ones you don’t. Tracking ranking for acceptance is a great thing but a lot of what the app provides can be found elsewhere. Contacting double partners is also good. In essence it is trying to offer what the USTA mobile app doesn’t (but should) but it crashes a lot and the info is not always available so searching is laborious. We tried the free month with a national tournament but then we were kicked off before the tournament started (no way to use the promo despite saying we could and no way to contact support unless you give a credit card). So a nice idea but messy overall.

Not helpful at all!
This is definitely not easy to use, nor does it save time. It’s just another layer in the many layers we are already using. If we’ve got to enter our player USTA numbers, why don’t events filter in automatically? What an extreme hassle! When I finally did get everything entered about half the time the competitor button wouldn’t even engage. How about adding a feature that says, ‘You’re about to disconnect your player. Are you sure you want to do that?’ I accidentally disconnected a player multiple times and not even sure how this occurred. If I’m following a particular child for a particular age group, isn’t it obvious that the same child with same USTA number would also be my child in the next age group!?! Very frustrating app. Would NOT recommend!

Terrific app
The negative reviews seem to be quite old. I have only good things to say about the app. It consolidates data from different ranking sites so it is easy to see all the players in the tournaments. Lots of information at your fingertips. It has simplified tournament scheduling and it is much better for finding tournaments than the clunky usta site. You can quickly estimate the cha ces of your child to get into a tournament. Connects to usta fit registration.

Very Helpful App
I have been using this app for over two years. It has been very helpful in monitoring potential tournaments as well as figuring out the likelihood of being accepted into a tournament. My daughter recently used the virtual checkin and score reporting for a tournament and had no issues. Over the years we have had a couple of minor issues and every time we contacted support they were friendly, helpful, encouraging and resolved the problem.

Best tennis management app out there
This app is the best I’ve found to juggle three tennis players activities. It’s also the best way to navigate USTA tournaments. Even better than USTA’s own website and app, especially with multiple tennis players. It looks like they’re getting better with UTR tournaments as well.
The ability to track rankings and monitor progress is also a huge plus with this app. Totally recommend Tennis! Match!!
