This is a great app for students taking any math class via distance education. While students cannot write on the screen as with the Easel app that was reviewed previously, you get more examples and more categories to choose from to assist you all the way through your math or science class (over 600). The full version is available for purchase, too, if you feel limited by this free version. This app would be very helpful in a business class, statistics course, or even a physics course. It goes well beyond just math.
I could see this app being a great study tool for faculty to give students, or a place for faculty to send students for practice problems before a test or before attempting homework. I would highly recommend

Paid Version needs some adds before I buy it
This app is Amazing! However I believe its competeing against the Math Formula App and while Math Ref is winning, Math Formula can make a comeback at any time. I am super interested in buying the paid version but I would like to see Fourier Series and Greek Alphabet along with the stuff that is coming soon. Keep up the good work and thanks for the Math Ref Preview.

Finally all that stuff that math teachers never actually write out on the board is right in front of you! Everything is plainly laid out and easy to find. I'm taking engineering in school right now and this tool is invaluable! A must have for anyone using upper level math!

Overall good app with breif explainations of certain equations and properties. I give it a 4/5 due to the fact that you can't zoom in on the eqations.
Also: I was reading the other reviews and some guy was botching about them using x for multiplication. He stated that it was "un professional". I don't need to explain why that's downright hilarious, do I?

Good and useful app.
However, something that could increase ease and use would be a search for the word just incase an individual is not sure about where to look. If it had search, 5 stars would easily be awarded.

Lite app, great use!
Even, though this is a lite app, it still has a lot of useful "items". I LOVE it. Imagine how many "items" there are in the original app. But for now, I think this is perfect.

My first time using it. It was very slow and frustrating, but now it works great and has lots of useful information. It does not have all but for a free app it enough. Wonderful app to use for math reference.

Don't listen to the detractors. This app features an incredible depth with concise notes on all things mathematical. Would not recommend this for someone who isn't using it as a *reference*.

font sizes
The font size of each formula is different. This is distracting and makes it harder to read. Make the font sizes more uniform (even if it means that some of the formulas will be cut off; there has to be a way to work around this).
