Never worked
Downloaded, verified, created P/W 3x. Still gets ‘device not found’. Called Tec services 4x and was told A. Not trained on app problems only know system. B. Will have to open repair order to send to technical help! This from tec help after I pushed number 4 for technical help. C. Spoke to supervisor Ms Nicole @ extension 0022 and was assured problem is a known issue with new 4G system. Would be repaired within 2 weeks. Did not happen. D. Last call was we are working on issue.

Never stays logged in
App seems like a good idea, but it’s never going to be able to send me alerts because it constantly logs me out.

Stopped tracking
I have used this for about a month with no problems. Now the app is not working and they say it’s a recent update for Apple phones. They said someone would call me back. Let’s see if they do and…..fix the issue

Useless app
“Unable to locate device.” The whole reason for selecting this provider, was so that I could track the device from my phone. Thank God for the 30 day money back guarantee

Poorly Executed App
Just purchased a new necklace and the QR card. Went to download the app afterward to update info. Couldn’t even log in or create a new account. Terrible app.

How can you have a medical alert app down for 5 days? That’s how long so far. What’s the point?

Misleading!
After downloading the app, I tried to “register new device”. I submitted the required information and an ERROR screen popped up saying the application wasn’t associated with my account and to call customer service. After reentering every combination of numbers, nothing worked. On Friday, I called customer service. After a lengthy conversation, I was asked if I had paid the fee. “What fee?” I asked. Answer: $5.00. Nowhere in the App Store or literature is a fee mentioned. I asked to speak with a supervisor. I was told she would call me back. She didn’t.
On Monday afternoon, I called again, asking for a supervisor. Again, she was busy and would call me back in 5 minutes. Approximately 35 minutes later, I called and spoke with supervisor Nicole Williams. She informed me that yes, you can download the app for free but once directed to call customer service, THEN they will inform you of the $5.00 monthly fee.
I believe it is very misleading and not good business to hide this cost.
I understand the App Store does not collect the fee, but Medical Alert should make you aware of it before going through numerous steps.
When customers submit their information as asked, it’s not an error. it’s Medical Alert Connects error for being misleading!

Disappointing....
This new app seems much inferior to the former 365 Access app. 365 displayed the battery charging levels of the device as well as the device’s physical location, like a GPS device. This new app doesn’t do any of that.
