Elielio4.7,
Bug? Or intentional trick?
I finished all the meditation courses today. I was listening to the final one, “Awakening,” and was having some trouble focusing. It was really helpful that he kept saying, “focus on the breathe,” and I eventually got to a state where my mind wasn’t quiet but my body was. It was a battle to keep focusing on the breath, I could only half focus on it. Suddenly I realized it had been a long time since I heard Wills voice. But I pushed it aside because, well you know, I have to focus on the breath. Perhaps the last few minutes he let me do on my own. But then the penetrating thought of “I’ve been tricked” started pounding through my mind enough to open my eyes. I moved my arms and they felt stiff. I turned and opened my phone. The app wasn’t even open. I opened it and saw that I hadn’t even started the session. What is this? Was it a bug or an intentional trick to keep you awakened? It certainly worked, I ended up meditating three times longer than the session was supposed to be, and I feel strange. I just… I don’t know what to think of this. It would have been negative if I were on a time crunch but… would that even mean anything to me anymore in this state. Your trippin me up Medito, and I guess you deserve all five stars for it. So there.

Best Meditation Service
no payment, no account, no tracking and logging, no advertisements or sharing on social media pop ups. it’s the best and it’s everything that everything else should be. meditation should be free out of all of the things in the world. do you know how much profit Calm and Headspace make? insane amounts. mindfulness has helped me in so many ways. i sleep better, i eat better, i am much more aware of my thoughts and actions. i am less judgmental to myself and others. i am more compassionate. do not be afraid that you will “do meditation wrong”, as that is not the point. you cannot do it wrong if you are trying to do it. if you are trying then you are doing it perfectly. i greatly encourage you to try this app over any other meditation app, as it guides the lines of morality in our for profit world. thank you, medito, and i will try to convince everyone i know to get this app. i’ve already got my mom to download it and do meditation again after years of being anxious about it. truly, i hope medito lasts forever, and i hope everyone who can donate does.

This App is Amazing!!
I stumbled across this app when I was looking for a meditation app. I have been really stressed lately and we have been studying mental health and meditation in school, so I really wanted to see if meditation could actually help me. The problem was, literally every single other app either cost money to initially buy the app, or it was free and then had a subscription. I was scrolling through a Reddit chain that was about meditation apps, and I downloaded and tried out about 10 different apps, all of which had a subscription to unlock the whole app. When I read the description for this app, I was skeptical to say the least. I was shocked when I opened the app and saw that everything was available to me. This is the perfect meditation app, with everything you need for things such as stress, anxiety, pandemic stress, sleep, and even a section for beginners. I have only used these meditations for a few days, but they are amazing, I highly recommend this app to everyone.
Juan Daniel Mirt,
Don’t stop at just meditation. Let it be your road to enlightenment
I’ve listened to over 1000 minutes of meditations and I can say I really feel more at peace in the present moment then ever before. This app has been the start of a self improvement journey for me. For anyone reading this, don’t stop at just meditation. Go for a holistic change in your habits, identity, and world view. Gratitude journal, read books that Explore ideas of self improvement, philosophy, religion, mental health, letting go, success without selfish desire, finding a meaning, and every other topic which can help you live a more fulfilled life. Try your best to Exercise, explore your purpose, set goals, live good values, live in harmony with nature, serve others, and live with enough love that you can give it to others

The Best for Meditation / No BS
I hate other apps like Headspace because every feature is behind a paywall and it doesn’t seem genuine. Real life meditation centers do not harass you for money but rather ask for a donation of your choosing. Medito is similar. It feels genuine and unassuming. It doesn’t feel like a company trying to make a buck by commercializing meditation. I wish I had found this app sooner, it isn’t featured on any of the main pages for health and lifestyle and that is because Apple can’t profit from this app. As soon as I began using it I actually WANTED to make a donation because it is so amazing and was created by volunteers. The UI is calming in itself and does not have pop-up ads or anything like the other paid apps that have made me apprehensive towards meditation in the past. Thank you for making Medito!
HesLeGiT_tK,
This app built my love for meditation
I’ve always been someone who wanted to get into meditation, but I’ve always struggled with staying consistent with my meditation practice, until I started looking for apps that could potentially help me meditate and keep a consistent meditation routine. I have tried calm but I was not trying to pay a subscription fee just to fix my mental health, then I encountered this wonderful app. Sorry my English isn’t the best, but I want to truly appreciate how much work and effort the developers put into this app, i wish I could thank them in person just because this app has helped me so much. Once again, Thank you so much Medito developers for making this wonderful app, i couldn’t have done this without you all. <3 :)

LOVE
My doctor suggested Medito as part of my mental health wellness plan. I was having trouble sleeping due to my anxiety. I started using the Sleep pack and find Will’s voice to be extremely calming. It has helped with my ability to fall asleep tremendously and anytime I am having trouble falling asleep I turn to Medito. I have also started venturing into the other packs and have used the SOS pack now and then. I have nothing but good things to say. And the fact that it is free is incredible. Not everyone can afford to pay for things like this (including me) and it’s so nice to know people actually care and aren’t just trying to make as much money as they can. Well done, Medito team, and THANK YOU!
SpadesOfGray,
Honestly one of the best apps I used
I used many Meditation apps and in my opinion in this is the best one. The calming voices, great background sounds (not including the many options). And the best part it’s free! Nothing more but simple yet calming meditation. Not to mention how to eases you in with raiser sessions and then dives you into more complex ones. And one more feature that I personally use is the sleep part of it. The app has a section that allows for the user to meditate in a certain way before sleep and it has worked for me. The app also has great sleep stories that gave me some quality sleep. Truly one of the best apps 10/10 would recommend!
Kyoodled,
An amazing gift
I needed to learn to meditate. After a bout with serotonin syndrome, I needed to find a way to address my anxiety and situational depression without medication. I found out about Medito, and what a gift. When I have some extra money, I’m definitely going to donate. They’ve had a few bugs because their servers were overloaded, but I cannot fault them for that. I started this from very little history of meditation. The program leads you through and holds your hand every step of the way. This isn’t some esoteric, magic kind of meditation. That had always turned me off. This is logical and so helpful. Thank you.

One Small Nitpick On An Otherwise Amazing App
This app is a no fuss, dive right in meditation experience. It’s clean and makes it simple to begin a meditation practice. My only gripe is that it has no sync with the Health App for tracking progress. The app offers a simple feature of a day streak, but I like seeing my experiences with a wide bird’s eye view and Medito is currently lacking in that front. Even just beefing up the in app data to show average length of your meditations or how many days you have meditated over the course of a week would be a great addition. I do appreciate Medito for its barebones approach to a mediation app in a sea of subscriptions, but I am sure I’m not the only one wishing for a more robust look into our meditation habits.
