Our fitness programs are for beginners to life-long athletes. The workouts can done in as little as 20 minutes, 3-4 times a week. No experience necessary, just show up and press play.

GETTING STARTED: If you're new to exercise, get started with our initial two-week program.

WEEKLY SCHEDULE: New weekly workouts where you choose your plan - 3x a week, 4x a week or the athletes schedule. These workouts are easy on stress levels and joints, creating cardio endurance, building strength, helping with weight loss, and keeping you motivated no matter your fitness level.

Functional Fitness
I started using Moms into Fitness 5 years ago and haven’t looked back. I was an athlete in college and an avid runner, swimmer, and cycler pre-motherhood. I would easily spend 2+ hours a day working out and I loved it. But then, I had children, I was working, my life was a fast moving train that never seemed to slow down and I couldn’t figure out how to work out. Enter MIF.
I was feeling pretty down after baby #2. I felt like I had no time and there was no way I was ever going to lose any of the weight. A friend recommended MIF and I lost 30lbs in 12 weeks with (what was then called) Postnatal Slimdown. But even more than that, I learned I could get a killer workout in 30 minutes or less. Even better than that? I learned proper form for the exercises and learned how to work out in a way that would reduce risk for injury and maximize benefits. Five years later and another baby later and MIF is still go-to workout source.

Honestly, I feel like I have my own personal trainer when I work out with MIF. If you want to get a great workout into your day in under an hour, from the comfort of your own home, with someone who will actually teach you how to properly perform the exercise and why you do it- MIF is for you and this app makes it easy and convenient to access from anywhere.

The perfect workout videos for busy women!
There are plenty of workout program options based on your ability level and the amount of time you have to workout. If you are someone who likes to have a plan, Lindsay has calendars you can use, but if you want videos based off the amount of time you have or the type of workout you want, her videos are well organized. I am on my third program and really enjoying Lindsay’s workouts. She is constantly correcting form and encouraging you throughout the video. There are modifications as well to help with certain conditions or to take it up a notch. I have needed minimal equipment - a chair, towel, several sets of weights, a yoga mat, and a pilates ball. Instead of the pilates ball, I have used one of my children’s kickballs and even substituted some canned goods for light weights. I am feeling better and more in shape than I have in years. My children also enjoy watching the videos and attempt to workout along with me. The workouts are all “G” rated in my opinion and all about you physically becoming a better version of yourself. I highly recommend!

Perfect for Postpartum fitness and beyond!
I was pretty active prior to my pregnancy and during, but I had no idea where to start postpartum. I wanted to ease into fitness but also go a little bit harder than just the occasional stretch or walk, once I was cleared to exercise, of course!). I found Moms Into Fitness, tried the free first week trial and I was hooked! Lindsay is so encouraging and kind while also helping you strengthen, tone and feel amazing. I love that there are so many workouts to choose from no matter if I’m feeling tons of energy or feeling really tired after waking up multiple times at night with my little one. I love that she shows you modifications to take it easy or push harder, and I’m excited to use MIF when I’m pregnant next! Also, even though I’m out of the postpartum stage, I still find her Pretty Fierce and other workouts very challenging if you’re looking for more. I also have really gotten into running and I love that she has strengthening, core work and stretching specifically to accommodate runners. There is literally something for everyone!

I love this program!
Everything I was looking for in a fitness program I found here at MIF! Lindsay’s programs are fun, challenging, encouraging, and all about balance, and I absolutely love that! She understands my needs as a busy homeschool mom of nine. After being disappointed with so many other programs, finding MIF was an answer to prayer! Lindsay has helped me to embrace my need to nurture my body in a healthy, non-obsessive way. Lindsay clearly honors you as a person and wisely focuses on caring for not just your body, but your mind and soul as well. With MIF I am so much stronger physically, emotionally and spiritually. Most of all, I love that my kids are benefiting as well and are also learning to have healthy relationships with exercise and food. There is so many different dynamic programs to choose from that it is impossible to get bored. Lindsay is my mentor, but more importantly, I always feel like I am working out with a friend. Highly, highly recommend!

Moms into Fitness is amazing
Moms into fitness changed my health dramatically after three challenging pregnancies that left me with pelvic pain and bladder prolapse, along w diastasis. This workout helped me significantly even before I started physical therapy...I already had started strengthening my pelvic floor and TA when I got there! After pt finished, and my body was healthier and I could do more workouts I find MIF to challenge me intensely and increase my stamina, weight loss, and strength, while still protecting my body. I tried another workout program for a couple months and ended up with knee pain and very increased prolapse and I realized...moms into fitness is where it’s at for me!!! When I came back to it, I expected it would be too easy, only to find I could barely keep up with my old workouts. So this is challenging and yet protective of my body in good ways. I love it!! And the app is super easy to use! Such a great way to stay fit every day!

Moms Into Fitness overall is five stars. The app has improved immensely! I give it four stars because I can no longer access the videos on my smart TV. This could just be user error also because I’m not great with technology. I’ve tried many options without success. Good news is that I still have my laptop and I like working out in my family room better. Another thing that’s a bummer for me is that I can’t access the recipe box through my app. Just means I have to prepare ahead of time what I’m getting at the store.

I love MIF. I love the workouts. I love the recipes. I love the positive motivation, encouragement, forgiveness, understanding, strength, support, community, love! This will stay with me for life. It takes a village and I am proud this is part of mine!

UPDATE: New TV has allowed me to access the videos. Also, MIF suggested bookmarking the recipe box and problem solved. It’s not all in one app but it’s all in one place (my phone).

The exercise I always come back to
I have been exercising along with Lindsey over 10 years now. After every single one of my 6 kids. I like to try new instructors every now and then for variety but I always come back to Lindsey. Her positivity, not making it about “weight loss” and treating your body with love keeps me coming back. She is also very relatable. In one video her daughter appeared on screen asking for a snack or something. I LOVE that Lindsey didn’t start over and create a new video because that is part of being a mom. My kids are interrupting me all the time in my workouts and to see that happen was so real and it just made me laugh right out loud.
However, with that being said, every time I have stuck with her program, I have gotten back down to pre baby weight.

*Also, unlike my mom and four sisters, I don’t pee when I sneeze!!

Best fitness for moms and women, period!
I’ve done all the fitness things. Tons of running, a marathon, fitness instructor, fitness coach, every Beachbody program ever created... I love fitness! And I still do some of those things. MIF is a go-to for me. From years of exercise, I’ve had injuries, chronic muscle aches, core issues after babies, way too many chiropractor visits etc, and MIF has helped save my body. For years I found MIF to be too easy or too simple for my taste, but I couldn’t have been more wrong and wish I would’ve stuck with Lyndsay long ago! She works muscles I didn’t know needed worked and focuses on taking care of our entire body. Those little ques and small muscle exercises and deep core work and extra stretching are a game changer in the world of fitness. She keeps it practical but highly effective. Can’t say enough good things about her and her crew! I now know what my body really needs. Trust her process!

Moms Into Fitness consists of so many workouts for all different types of moms who are looking to be fit! You’ll enjoy this app if your pregnant, post partom or if you’re just looking to get into shape or stay healthy! Whether you have never worked out before or you are a consistent exerciser and are looking for something more, in my opinion, these programs are for you! The workouts are challenging but doable and there are different programs for all levels, from beginner to advanced. Calendars are provided for all different types of workouts to help you stay on track and keep advancing your workout style. And Lindsay is extremely motivating and makes the workout videos exciting and fun so you can look forward to your workout every single day! I am very happy with these workout programs and I look forward to them every day. I would definitely recommend this to others.

Great for the busy mom who still wants to be fit!
Great for the busy mom who still wants to be fit! After having twins my body was so weak and I felt so defeated. Found this program and it’s not been the same since! There are so many workouts that you can work through including modifications and challenges. I’ve completed several of the programs which are great “boot camp” type of workouts. There is a good variety of workouts as well. Weights (broken into muscle groups or whole body), dance, kickboxing, Pilates, barre… etc! I think it’s well worth the price for the amount you are getting. Lindsay seems so personable, friendly and helpful. My mom even enjoys these workouts because she loves how everything gets broken down and explained for beginners. I don’t think I’ll ever end my subscription with moms into fitness.
