Morpheus is the first app designed to power smarter cardio, faster recovery, and help you improve your fitness and conditioning.



When combined with the Morpheus M7 heart rate monitor, the app is able to measure and track your HRV and your recovery, give you personalized heart rate zones, and help you to hit the right amount of volume and intensity each week with its CardioSmart features.

For the first time, training to improve conditioning is as simple as it gets. No more confusion about what heart rates to train at, which zone you should be in, what types of intervals are best, or how much cardio you need to do each week.



Morpheus takes the guesswork out of your heart rate training and gives you 12 zone-based intervals to choose from to take your conditioning to the next level.

ZBIT can be done with any Bluetooth heart rate monitor and a Morpheus device is not needed to unlock this feature.

Finding the right balance between how much you should train and how hard you should train is one of the biggest challenges in fitness.



After analyzing the data from more than 500,000+ workouts and 1 million days of use, Morpheus has learned how much time in each of its 3 heart rate zones is needed to drive the faster improvements in aerobic fitness and conditioning.



Each week, Morpheus will set your heart rate zone targets based on your fitness level, goal, recovery, and your previous workouts. This makes it easier than ever to get the right amount of volume and intensity that you need to maximize your cardio for better health, performance, and longevity.



Requirements: To unlock the weekly zone targets, the Morpheus HRM is required. Without this, Morpheus is unable to calculate a recovery score or provide personalized heart rate zones and targets.

Training and stress are what breaks your body down, but you need recovery to build it back up and make it bigger, stronger, faster and in better shape than ever.



Each day, using its proprietary algorithms, Morpheus will give you a recovery score to help you manage your training and your lifestyle to optimize for the fastest results possible. Together with its personalized heart rate zones and targets, Morpheus will make sure your body gets the training and the recovery it needs to perform its best.



And if you’re using a wearable to track activity and sleep, Morpheus can also pull this data in to help you see the big picture of how they’re impacting your recovery.



Please note that activity (steps), calories, and sleep can be tracked directly with Fitbit and Garmin devices, or by connecting to the Apple Health Kit.

If you choose to track activity, sleep, or calorie data from the Apple Health Kit, Morpheus will display that data within the app and use it to generate your daily recovery score.



Activity and sleep tracking are not required to use Morpheus, but are recommended to improve the accuracy of the recovery score.

always loading
this app spends more time loading than any other app on my phone. compared to Polar or other apps that do similar things, it is consistently slow and clunky to connect (to its own wearable!) and constantly loading, stabilizing, syncing, loading , etc.

other than that it’s good . seems like the developers need to put some work into bringing it up to par

Great app for training
If you are serious about training for any sport that values conditioning and consistency, this is the product for you. It offers personalized, actionable, and achievable fitness goals at a price point far lower than its competitors- most of whom rely on a subscription model.
Additionally they have had a stable (affordable) price for the 4+ years I’ve been using the product- and they continue to work to improve their product. Dan and Joel also do a great personalized job with suggestions as well as the necessary boring elements of customer service and satisfaction. Give it a try !!

Almost unbearable to use
You need the app to be able to look at your training data (I have the M5 wristband), but getting the data from the device to the app is a dodgy process that frequently fails. Oftentimes the app freezes, other times it deletes the data I recorded from my workout. It can be really disheartening to spend time collecting data that you want to view, just to have it lost because the app breaks down. Otherwise the app UI is incredibly confusing and laggy even when you understand exactly how to use it. There are ways to make this app functional but this isn't it.

Glitchy at best
The all used to be very good with the older generation device. Since the new device came out the app at first did not register changes in recovery post training (which is kind of the value of the app/company). This issue I would say took 2-3 months to fix... that bug was fixed and the app updated. Since then the app takes anywhere from 5-12 reboots or shutdowns each time the app opens. I think the content put out by the company is great but at this point the frustration of dealing with the app is not worth the cost.

No more guessing!!
This app changed everything for me. As a 48 year old man just wanting to stay healthy and improve performance I no longer have to guess if my workouts are long enough, hard enough, or on recovery days too easy. I tell beyond I know about this app!! Thank you!

Always improving
Never have had a problem with the app or device. Had a weird glitch once, but believe it was user error. People are always very helpful, and give insight in to training data/trends when asked. Would 100% recommend

Finicky
Most of the time the app works seamlessly
But let me tell you: when you finish a hard workout and the watch flashes your heart rate zones, and the you try to sync it to the app only for the app to tell you that there are no u saved workouts on the watch it is REALLY disheartening.

When you have to do back to back tests in the morning because at the end of the 2.5 minutes all of a sudden your heart rate isn’t registering with the app - even if you see it on the watch it is also a huge buzz kill

Will continue to use the device and brand but really wish these things wouldn’t happen

Very pleased! I’ve worked out for years, and have struggled with finding motivation and tools to help, this gave me some data to work off of to get out of this performance slump I’ve been stuck on for way too long. Definitely worth it

Don’t need another wearable.
I like the concept and would like to try it out but don’t want yet another wearable. I have an Apple Watch and a Tickr chest strap that I use regularly to track HRV. This app does not accept either of those and requires me to buy their own armband. Sorry but I want an app that works with what I have, not another armband.
