I am using this ap because I am motivated by participating in the challenges my center offers. The ap is now needed to participate. It has been frustrating from the very start. Required to use the barcode to check in for credit is slow. It requires me to have my phone in hand and the sensor does not work quickly, as with the key tag. My main issue however, is that I am not getting consistent credit for my check ins. It is necessary for me to keep track of my visits and check the ap regularly for omissions. I have contacted support, as well as the front desk, numerous times. I have followed a list of suggestions given. I continue to have trouble. Support does reply promptly and they credit me for missing points. The trouble shooting however, is not working. Participating in challenges and earning points, should not be so time consuming and should not require an ap. Lastly, I now see that items originally available for earned rewards have been removed. My incentive no longer appears!! I would rate “0” stars, if that was an option.
