marcvvv,
Very poorly written app. Just as bad as a year ago
So been using this app and it is as buggy and flakey as other reviewers say here. I don’t normally write many reviews but in this case these developers need to know they must do better or just admit to contracted companies this app build was over their head

The app requires constant logging in every few days or every day sometimes. It doesn’t automatically register visits to the gym reliably. Today was at gym for 44 minutes. Got home and didn’t register visit.

To truck app most of time to just work I must open and close it while at the gym and go to main menu then back to visits a few times while i am there until it finally accepts the visit.

Last this app doesn’t trigger iCloud Keychain to save password. I use LastPass on it every time I go to gym to login. If I forget then. I visit recorded. If I remember small chance it records even if logged. iPhone X latest iOS version and location setting to always. Doesn’t matter.

Developer hire some senior level tech to debug your app once and for all. If not I’m gonna have my dev team build a competitor and license it at half price to your clients. I really don’t want to buy my last business started the same way. A developer who ignored their customer and couldn’t get the job done
Lorin T.,
GPS not working
I have my GPS Tracking on “always” for this app, even getting notifications on my phone letting me know they have ran my location multiple times in the background and if that was okay. Cool. Why is it that 2 gym visits have not synced? I tried to self report but since I was already home from the gym, I need to contact Member Services who hasn’t responded to my email in weeks.

I noticed it seems to log location ONLY if I keep opening and closing the app throughout the gym visits (what I did in the beginning).

Thinking about getting rid of this app because it seems it only wants to get your location data and use it for other purposes.
Dustin Says,
The WORST app ever created
This app is seriously flawed and I’m guessing it is intentional since it’s an app where insurance companies pay you back for reaching your monthly goal. I lost 10 days worth of data because I simply didn’t open the app. Support told me I have to open the app every day for my data to sync. Why did I give the app permission to connect to Apple Health and all its data if it won’t fully sync whenever I open it? I’ve never had an app not sync data regardless of how old it is. It also doesn’t give you the option to verify your steps if it doesn’t sync! You can manually enter a gym visit though. Curious why you can’t manually add steps and submit a screenshot for verification. It makes the entire point of this program completely burdensome. What a joke.
Brikanev,
App works great but still waiting on my money...
I’ve not had issues with the app. Works great, all my steps are transferred over, super! Except...I’m still waiting on my first payment? I’ve not received credit yet for my account and neither have any of my coworkers who have signed up. I know it can take up to 60 days but that seems a little excessive. It’s been 60 days for some of us, though, and still nothing. Really wish there were an 800 number or a chat function so we could resolve this!............Rec’d response from developer. We were stupidly counting 60 days from 01 August instead of 31 August. Thanks for the eheD
Maaarrrgggiiieee,
Watch out for your battery life
My hubby and I recently installed this app for our gym check ins. We both noticed our battery life severely going down. Checked my battery stats and sure enough in a 24 hr period it showed 20 hours of background usage. I turned off that setting and the next day it still shows 10 hrs. Needless to say I am now turning off location services as well and will just have to manually open the app when I go to the gym because it’s just not worth having run in the back or keeping location service on. Other than that, it’s works flawlessly, links with my Fitbit great and checks me I. The gym no problem.
Melibil,
Duran work properly
The app has gone through several updates, and yet it still doesn’t work properly. Whenever I’m at the gym, more than likely I’ve got to manually enter my visit. Occasionally, I’ll get the pop up message box telling me my visit was automatically registered, however, it doesn’t record the visit. I end up self-reporting. I’ve tried closing the app, logging off and then signing back in. The visit still doesn’t register. I guess I’ll continue to self-report.
Nightshooter,
Works Good ... with one glitch
I started using this app a month ago. First time I went to gym, it didn’t register. Then I noticed that the icon for active location services wasn’t lit on my phone. I checked my location settings, and it was set to “while using app”. I switched to “always”, closed and reopened app and within 15 seconds my visit was logged. I just set to never, and right before I go to gym change it to always and haven’t had a problem. Bit of a pain, and that’s the reason for 4 stars instead of five
Glamorgrl3,
DRAINS Battery Life!
I just upgraded to the iPhone 11 Pro. I was experiencing STELLAR battery life until I downloaded this app. I checked the settings to see which apps were using my battery most...and this app was using 85% of of my battery just from running in the background in the past 24 hours! I am appalled at how much this app has drained my battery. I don’t care how it may be a useful app, it isn’t worth constantly being on low power mode. There is NO reason an app running in the background is using so much battery. I have the Tile app that also uses your location in the background and it only uses 5% battery life. Something is wrong here!
Y.Feliciano,
Moody App
I only been using this app for 8 days and it’s plain awful. It doesn’t have an option to get tracking data directly from any other tracker other than Fitbit or Apple Health. This app syncs to AH whenever it feel like connecting. I get to workout later in the day and it just stops synchronizing in the middle of my workout. I have to repeatedly close the app and reconnect. There is no where to tap or pull down the screen to manually sync it with the Apple Health app. What a waste of time and energy 🙄. It’s a shame that my insurance only uses this app for health rewards. If it keeps acting this way it will never show I met my goals 😔
Kateandrocco,
You have to open app or it doesn’t track steps
Even though activity is rewarded by the month, if you don’t open the app for a week, you can’t sync steps from more than a week back. You should be able to sync steps for any day. It makes no sense not to be able to do that other than it makes it easier to deny you your rewards even when you meet the conditions. Basically, I have a lot of steps from 8, 9, and 10 days ago, but the app doesn’t acknowledge them because I didn’t open it for over a week.
