Customer service it’s below average but the app it’s almost perfect
I have a pinacle jacket the dual power pants the merino hoodie and pants the Costco glove and socks. The socks one of them stopped working and the gloves the same. Thank goodness for Costco awesome customer service I returned it and grabbed a new one right away. Now the pants and parka I grabbed the wrong size and it’s a week and still have no resolution after one week they just replied. Now the app the only thing I struggle with is when I go from cold area to a warm area I would like a quick bottom to place the heated gear to minimum all of them at the same time until I go back to the cold. That would save me battery and all. May be the remote was a better choice after all but I like being able to see my battery power.

No troubles with the App
I am not techy and had no trouble connecting the socks I bought at Costco.
To the people stating their Costco gloves do not sync to the app…they’re not supposed to. There’s a button on the outside top of the glove. Charge the battery and zip it into the glove. Press and hold the button on the glove for about 5 seconds and the glove turns on high (red). A quick press changes the % of heat to yellow-75%, green-50%, blue-25% To turn off, press and hold the button again for about 5 secs.
I will say, I am not super happy with the heat the gloves produce, even on high. The palm side of my fingers still get really cold and I frequently have to pull my fingers out and hold my hand in a ball inside the glove.

Not a good Christmas gift
Charged and used yesterday.
They worked great.
Charged last night and tried again today.
I have tried to get them to work 5 different times today. It says they are connected and working, but there is no heat and they have stayed at 100% battery all day. I completely reset everything to no avail.
I am so sad because my husband was so excited to give me this gift and they are turning out to be absolute crap. I’m glad I kept the box and back to the store they go ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ I want to cry because I am cold all the time and I really needed these to work.

App Doesn’t Find Gloves
As many others have written, this app immediately finds the socks and works flawlessly but does not connect to the gloves. However, the gloves actually have a button on them that you can push so they don’t really need the app which is actually preferred in my opinion. I wish the socks had the same button but I’m guessing since they will go through the wash they didn’t want to risk having them fail because of water damage.

Pain to Sync
My husband bought me the shirt, gloves and socks. The socks synced to my Bluetooth almost instantly. However I have worked for hours to sync the gloves and jacket. You can’t set the heat setting without going to the app and the shirt is on high. So hot when it touches your chest. At $140 per piece you would think it would be more user friendly. Very disappointed. Would not recommend.

Mobile warming
App is very clunky and ultimately does not work….. unable to use it to connect to the device. Instruction manual/web site refers to live chat but provides no means of contacting it. There appears to be some way of requesting to be contacted but it’s a “Thank you, someone will contact you shortly” which hasn’t happened either. An app that doesn’t work and no support…

They don’t work
Bought both gloves and socks at Costco. An hour into trying to get them to work is frustrating. I will return these to Costco for a full refund. The socks are super long and tight. The gloves are too tight. How do companies get away with selling such crap?

App has useless icons showing heat level selected but not a temperature range that your socks would heat to? Also it doesn’t remember your socks you set up last season. Garbage app for decent socks.
