A fun, rewarding game
I’ve been playing this for about 2 months and surprisingly I have not gotten bored of it, I suggest everyone try it! Technically, everything runs great and I never have any glitches or bugs. There’s just a couple of added features that I hope are added at some point. I hope to be able to sell decoration items that I’ve bought and no longer wish to keep hoarded in my storage. I purchased nearly 50 of the stoned pavements for my courtyard and later wanted to change to a different pavement. But I had to choose not to because I already spent so much money on all of them. Even if it was just a small amount we got back for an item it would really add up. I also wish that we are able to demolish certain expansions of the hospital we have purchased. As I get further into the game and keep expanding I find that there’s some parts of my hospital that I wish I never expanded (for certain effects in the architecture etc) It would also be nice to be able to briefly put my treatment & doctor rooms in storage as it would make remodeling way easier instead of struggling to find an empty space to move rooms to while I’m rearranging. One more thing, I wish we could change the paint in the hospital! I have tried nearly all the flooring colors and no matter how much money I put into decor I feel like it never looks as upscale as it could. It’s just an outdated paint color. P.S. I really wish there was a Christmas tree to put in my hospital!!

Very addictive game!!!
Good game and very addictive…. Graphs are really cute!!! It does worth a try, however there are some bugs entailing the game reload for returning to the previous normal. For example, a patient has been waiting for a doctor that I didn’t have at that moment in my hospital. When I reloaded the game, that patient was located inside a doctor room and that room got stuck, not allowing me to deliver elixir at that room (it was automatically fixed when I reloaded the game). Another example: Inside lab, I was not able to reallocate shelves for a moment, then I was able to do it when I reloaded the game… In other words, it’s an excellent game but small bugs should be fixed by its developers… I played Theme Hospital for a long time on PC and I believe that new features in the old game could be implemented to improve this game: for example, you should hire nurses and physicians to visit patient’s room. As well you were supposed to hire housekeepers to clean the hospital floor and rooms… I believe that developers should also work on new lab machines, diseases and medications. Why not have a surgery room in the hospital? It was supposed to have surgeries going on…
Some medical procedures (like delivering in maternity) take a long time (3 hours) and the same occurs for equipments (around 2 days). Three hours for giving birth is far away from reality… Overall is a very good game. Graphics are great and I do recommend!

Love it!! There’s just one thing.
I downloaded this game over the weekend and I haven’t been wanting to put it down since. This game is very addictive and I enjoy it a lot. The only thing that I don’t like is when you open the gift boxes they give you however many coins, however many building equipment or elixirs/medicine, but always always ALWAYS just ONE diamond. You can watch videos for the diamonds but it’s always ONE diamond that you get and there’s a limit to how many videos you can watch. The only way I can actually get more than just one diamond at one time I have to actually pay out of pocket. I don’t think that’s right. If I can only get one diamond out of everything and have to pay for more diamonds then there shouldn’t be a limit on how many videos I can watch especially when each level, so far from playing, requires you to build a doctors office or another lab machine, etc. I want to speed up the process of a 15 hour build but can’t when I don’t have enough diamonds. Then the patients already need what they need even when what I need to build (lab machine/doctor) I haven’t even built yet. I’ve had the same amount of diamonds since I downloaded the game (between 26 and 50). I can’t get at least 3 diamonds from opening a gift box but I can get as many of everything else? 🤔🤔 Something should definitely change, I’m just saying. 🤷♀️

Fun... but irritating at the same time!
Very addictive game! The graphics are great, the concept is great, I find myself playing it all throughout the day. It’s almost like Farmville in a hospital setting. However, there are a few things that could be improved. I am sure there are the same things that other reviewer‘s are saying. My only hope is that the developers take notice of these requests and make a few changes. If they were to do that I think they would retain their players. Change number one would be the positive energy. We need more ways to earn more positive energy. It is taking too long to accumulate enough to get into the scanners for diagnosis. Another option would be to reduce the amount of energy it takes to get into the diagnostic rooms. I currently have six patients waiting for the exact same diagnostic room and I can’t get them in there! Also the jelly cures need to be reduced in wait time to be made! Usually you have a few patients that need the same jellies and each jelly takes seven hours! That’s over 24 hours just to cure two people! This would also help cure the VIPs when they come through. How are we supposed to cure VIPs in two hours when the cure takes eight! I really hope the developers take note of what their players are saying. Great concept of a game it just needs a few tweaks.

very addicting game but could be better
my hospital is a very addicting game. i play it all the time for hours. i just wish that when you make medicine that it didn’t make them one by one. other games like this when you send something to be made, everything gets made together and then you just pick it up. like how the exilirs are made. also i wish it didn’t only make one at a time. it’s kind of annoying having to wait 2 hours for 1 pill, especially when multiple patients need the same pill. i wish we at least got three at a time or even two. it also makes it hard to treat VIPs. i have yet to treat a VIP because i don’t have enough time to make what they need. VIPs only stay for about 2 hrs and if one pill takes two hours then they won’t be served. it makes it kind of hard to make money so you can expand your hospital to grow. i also don’t get why decorations get more expensive the more you buy. i can understand expanding doing that but why can’t there be a set price for decorations? also i don’t think we should be sent patients that we don’t have the equipment for yet. it’s just a waste of space in the ER and you have to send them home because you don’t have the coins at the time to buy the machine they need.

Addictive but needs improvement
I started the game about a week ago and I'm already addicted. Its a simple game similar to farmville. I love the concept however a few improvements need to be made. 1) The XP-Coins ratio is off. I find myself getting a ton of XP and leveling up rapidly but they do not reward enough money to go with the goals. For example, when you level up, new machines are available to you. A common task is to purchase the new machine but it takes FOREVER to accumulate enough coins to complete the task. By the time you do collect enough money, you've also gained enough XP for the next level. So its easily to fall behind because you're constantly going broke just to keep up. 2) The wait times on some machines are WAAAY too long. It doesn't help that you can only make one item at a time as oppose to other, similar games that allow you to make items in bunches. If this continues to be the case, they should change their arithmetic for the treatment room patients because they often require the same items at the same time. Overall, I'd still recommend the game. However if the progress continues to be a problem, I'll probably delete it.

Please fix
I found myself playing less when i reached level 50. I think i received 265 coins for leveling up to level 51 and the coins was it for leveling up. I couldn’t believe i was going to get less coins for leveling up then when i watch a video. Now with the latest update; find myself play even-less now. When you try to help in garden or epidemic they are usually already gone although it still shows that they need help. Before it would update request list every time you started to open the app. I find now it is usually same list throughout the entire day. Trying to find tools to upgrade now are ridiculous. It takes forever for the pharmacy to open and then when it does items are already sold. I’m on level 53 and the prize for leveling up is 3 diamonds. I can win 3 for curing VIP’s so why so little for leveling up. On achievements needed to upgrade hospital so much to collect prize; why not give more treatment rooms or doctors office to keep interesting and fill the spaces that we paid so much to upgrade. I do see developments on maternity ward. Which is great, but keep us interested so we want to keep playing. Also as you level up free coins amount to collect gradually go up as you progress WHY do the diamonds stay at 1? Please fix I love this game.

Recent Changes and Suggestions
I love this game. This is the longest I’ve consistently played an app game and I don’t plan on stopping anytime soon.
However, I noticed with the recent update (I think it was updated today, actually), watching ads in exchange for coins used to give 400 coins; now it only gives 150 coins. With how expensive it is to upgrade the hospital’s size, buy plants for the natural cures, expand the laboratory, etc. 150 coins hardly seems worth watching an ad.
Additionally, I’ve noticed that when it comes to upgrading storage for the cures in the lab, I have an abundance of most of the tools needed, except for two components: the blue screwdriver and the green circular washer.
It’s frustrating because, due to the lack of these two components, I cannot upgrade my two storages so I have to consider selling my other components simply so that I have enough room for the cures to run my hospital. Lately, it seems like my gameplay consists more of trying to sell medicine or free up space in the storage for new cures compared to actually playing the game.
If these issues could be addressed, this game would be amazing. It’s already an awesome app and I do enjoy playing it still, but these two factors make the experience frustrating. Thanks for reading!

I like the game but I have a few a adjustments. For the maternity center the mothers should come in a wheel chair with a doctor, and same when they are going into labor. The blood test should be automatically free after 1 hour. There also needs to be more things. Like there could be a surgery room that gets covered up just like the maternity center labor section. Or it could just be a room with a bed and the person is laying on the bed and the doctor is sitting in a chair. There can be a cancer station. You should make it to where the people come off the ambulance in normal clothes walk past the first room and have there grown on. The vips should stay longer. You should be able to look through like a whole newspaper for what hospitals are selling. Every er patient should have to go through the mri scanner and the cat scan before being diagnosed with all there problems and things that they need treated. Pregnant moms should be in the er too. Same with the kids they need to all be patients in the er. You need to come up with more things outside of the hospital like how the maternity center is. Please make these adjustments thanks!

Could be made better
Fun and addicting. Love these build your city, village, hospital, etc type of games. But with this you’re unlocking so much so fast. And then you start getting overwhelmed with so much to buy, so much to make, so much to get done. Like you can’t get enough vials to make elixirs. It takes less time to go through the elixirs than it does to make them. And then it takes way too long to make the other medicines. Like itchy throat medicine, pills, etc. takes way too long. And then you have to use some of that stuff you waited hours for instead of using it on patients you have to use it to make other stuff and then use that to make other stuff. This is too much. It’s overwhelming and you don’t have enough to make it all happen in the first place. Sure you can just go buy the stuff in the pharmacy but nobody wants to sell it cause they need it so badly too. And half the time in the pharmacy the stuff is sold out anyway. And you don’t have enough coins to buy stuff cause you have machines, building expansions, etc to buy anyway. Need to balance everything out a lot better and this game could be even more addicting. For me it’d be as addicting as clash of clans and boom beach
