The whole Mediterranean diet is based on the scientific observation that the populations among Crete, Greece and southern Italy have the lowest rates of chronic disease, as well as one of the longest life expectancies. The Mediterranean diet may help you lose weight, offer cancer prevention, diabetes management, and most importantly brain & cardiovascular health.

It is very similar to every other "healthy" diet, since most other ones draw their inspiration from this diet. Good app! Doesn’t overload you with “weedy,” unhelpful information. It contains a lot of good info, but sticks to the key points: the benefits of the diet, long lists of foods you should and shouldn’t eat, great tips, and supportive messages. Very pleased!

I like the app so far it could just provide more information about what the goals are: like should we stay in our app given carbohydrate rate and is that the goal? Also what do we do if we go over a day? Also does this diet help burn fat and get us in Ketosis? How does this diet help us loose weight. Other than that I do like it but would appreciate more guidance!

Frustrating
I like the App but there is no way to copy individual foods. Once you’ve scanned the food it ought to be able to be pulled up easily.

Misleading
This is NOT a good app and certainly not one worth paying for. The Mediterranean diet is supposed to limit poultry and red meat, yet the recipe menus contain these daily. Plus, you can’t customize for dietary restrictions. As a pescatarian, I was hoping this would simplify my meal planning, but the recipes are very neat intensive, which doesn’t seem aligned with the healthy Mediterranean diet.

Easily the worst meal tracker I’ve ever used. One wrong move and the entire meal you’re trying to add is gone. Save yourself some aggravation and use something, anything, else.
