Users who have not installed version 3.0.0 or higher will need to set a new password and re-connect their medical record one time.
In this release of My Mercy Health, we’ve fixed several bugs to assist with the required account update as part of our recently implemented new security platform.
Our new security platform enables My Mercy Health users to:
· Choose where they want to receive each sign in verification code (email or SMS)
· Manage sign in and MFA verification settings within the app
· More easily reset password with a direct link, replacing email verification codes
· Connect to medical record with MyChart credentials -or- SSN for a more seamless set up
