Pretty awesome
I am ftm transgender person and I get to communicate with my doctor through the app by sending messages. My doctor usually responds after a day. It’s great because of Covid I don’t have to go in the office and risk myself or others. It’s been very effective for me and I have not had any problems. You can review your tests results, set up appointments, and look at your prescriptions.

Blessing and a Curse
I love this app for the ease of communicating with my care team and also for tracking my appointments. The part that I hate is that anytime I have any testing any labs any biopsies, the results are immediately uploaded or sometimes not even the results just the fact that the test was run and now I am left to deal with that until I have the opportunity to speak to my doctor which is usually an appointment a couple of weeks away. This app would be vastly improved if there was a way to opt out of any testing result alerts or posting. My health concerns that I am going through our stressful enough without having to read testing results that I don’t really understand without the guidance of my physician for at least two or more weeks.

This is my first time handling all my appointments and records on this app makes it so much easier ! Even though I still keep the summary of visits just in case system goes down, I have both ways of my uci info. Easy to use and hassle free on requesting appointment.

I love the app it’s easy to use I can get in contact directly with my doctor or the office for any changes or prescription refills. This app is the way all doctors apps should be. I guess it also has to do with the doctor too Dr. Dai-ju has been amazing and has made this app a great one.
