If I can use this app anyone can
Bynam has come a long way in making ordering easy. I was apprehensive at first that I would make a mistake. I do not think it is possible to make a mistake. They double check and triple check your order so as to make sure that you have everything in your order.
The service hotline is also very helpful and the personnel I had on the telephone was so pleasant and friendly to me. This company deserves much credit for the way they handle their business and their clients. I look forward to working with them again and again. The DEXCOM products they carry and offer are superior to others that I have used. I am quite pleased to say that I am a Bynam client and a DEXCOM user.
Please do not change anything or try to make things better or easier with your app, you already have both. Thank you so much again for an awesome experience. Sincerely yours , James.

Where do I start?? Horrible customer service
I was sent the wrong dressing for my very serious wound. Accidents happen. Mistakes happen. So I called and was put on hold for 32 minutes without one person coming back to say we haven’t forgot about you, were super busy sorry you had to wait so long. Nothing. The representative that finally took my call had no clue about any of their products or why what they sent me wouldn’t work. (They sent me stuff to pack a wound instead of flat dressings to cover a wound). She had no idea what I was talking about. The doctors office placed the order so I was just guessing at this point as to the name of the product I needed. After 10 minutes we settled on the product I needed and then it took her another 15 minutes to finish the order. She said I would need to send back the other dressings and they would send me a shipping label via email. That was 2 days ago. I have not received anything to allow me to return these other dressings. They are very expensive and I just hope they aren’t going to charge my card again for the replacement dressings. IMO the new dressings should have been sent immediately and I shouldn’t have to worry about a return since the mistake was theirs. Horrible customer service. And customer service is everything when ordering medical supplies. They’re reps should be trained and have knowledge of their products.

May God bless you all behind this system set up! I absolutely love the app it’s easy and convenient! But the most important part is having the Libra available to my type one diabetic daughter! The Libra has made he life so smooth and simple and pain free it’s almost unbelievable! But wait, there’s more, the most blessing part is Byram being able to accept my insurance. As a single mother of three it was very helpful. I love the free delivery right to my door step and the friendly fedex men that come, it really make diabetics bearable. It actually motivates me and my daughter to keep on top of her AlC and keep check on her sugar knowing that we have a team of people working so hard to keep us a healthy us! It’s mind blowing! Thank you all from Nijeriah Ellis and Latoya Ashley we are utterly satisfied with all you do!

Insurance Issues
I have used Byram for years to get my diabetes products, there have been some issues over the years that normally get resolved. This year I received a new insurance through my employer which I updated towards the beginning of the year (I had a secondary insurance until June). Now it is October and they are having issues validating this new insurance, I have called them 8 times in the last two weeks to get it updated and they tell me they have the correct information on file. I have sent them my insurance card as well, but now I have had my order canceled a second time. These are not just medical products to me, they enhance my care and are the main devices I use to manage my type one diabetes. It is absolutely ridiculous that they cannot figure out how to get insurance to go through and cannot reply to their customer service email. Today, I finally was transferred to the billing department (not sure why I wasn’t from the very beginning) so I am hopeful they can figure this out. I would recommend literally any other medical supplier at this point.

Freaking Nightmare
This app and the website are both a complete nightmare to use. Every time I need to reorder supplies it’s a game which one is going to work, today its neither. This company is inconsistent sometimes I get a text, sometimes a call, and sometimes a email to remind me it’s time to reorder. It would be nice if at least one of the methods would work consistently. If it weren’t for insurance reasons I wouldn’t waste my time with them. If you have a hour and a ton of patience this company is for you. I have run out of both.

Product search
I can’t seem to find the product page to search for other products. Seems my stoma has gotten a little bit smaller & I wanted to view sizes. I also wanted to search for gel ointments that absorb into the skin quicker than a lotion for irritated skin so the adhesives stick better than they do on a lotion. During business hours I am at work & 1. forget to call to speak to an agent or 2. I’m just too busy at work to call. I also would like to read up on different things like when I order “10” does that mean 10 boxes of 10 barriers or 10 barriers…I just ordered the 90 day supply for the first time & im hoping that I wasn’t suppose to triple the order myself or Bryam will take care of tripling the order. I’m assuming byram does it but just like specifics. These supplies, unfortunately, are hard to go without. 😊Other than that…I’d give ya a 5-star review!

Initial Review.
Rather difficult to get App and set it up (may be due to my age, 75). I spent hours going back and forth between email and the internet browser, trying to enter the requested data. Trying to get tech support left me wondering if such an entity exists, I had no success in reaching them.
After countless hours I was finally successful in getting everything set up. Using the App was great, it was responsive and for the most part, intuitive. Problem, for me, was trying to figure how many units I needed between my previous order and the new 90 day supply. I checked the “90 day” box but didn’t see anything different in the order or any indication that I would be switched to the 90 day. Again, I tried to get help from the “help” button at the bottom of the page but got no reply or response. This is where I am at at this time.

Bad app
I already have the app so when I opened it up today, it told I needed to update it, so I did, and when I opened , it said I needed to update! So as usual I tried again and it won’t let me do anything! But getting help with anything with Byrum is just a joke! There have been issues with so many of my deliveries I’m surprised when it comes and it’s correct. I recently was able to get a 90 day supply for my sensor so when it came I had 3 sensors not the 6 that would cover for 90 days ! So I called and was on the phone for at least 45 minutes trying to explain to a person that spoke in a (different language but could understand some English) that 3 sensors was not a 90 day supply!! I’m awaiting my new supply to see what I get!! So now I can’t even use my app🤣🤣🤣😳your service is just not good!

Disappointed
I don’t understand how this app has so 4.7 stars with no many bad reviews I gave it a chance but I always seem to have some kind of trouble order my diabetic supplies I made an order days ago s it still says processing my transmitter will expire in less than a day n still no order another thing they r always trying to charge me wen I know both my insurances pay for it I made a payment 1 time not knowing n never reimbursed me definitely time to look for another pharmacy n another thing wen u call they r very rude I’ve already did a review on google n they always say email us so we can assist u well I’ve done that already I’ve even chatted with a representative because I didn’t want to deal with their rudeness I hope in the future they can do better.

Frustrating to use
Signing in takes multiple restarts of the app. And when I go to place an order I can only reorder things I’ve had shipped previously. I want to add new adhesive remover wipes or a barrier spray and I’m unable to shop through the app. Its just not very user friendly for ordering supplies. I also had to call customer support multiple times to even get myself registered in the app because it kept telling me my email already existed in the system but I’d never get the email to activate my account. More of a headache than it’s worth. I’d rate one star but if you only order the same exact products every month then it might be worth the two star review.
