So I’ve just downloaded and tried this for the first time so I haven’t actually tried any of the recommendations yet but so far this app really is pretty neat. It identified a couple problems I was already noticing myself and has given me helpful tips for correcting them before they get worse. This app is definitely worth your time, especially if you have chronic or painful foot issues.

It’s a gimmick
As someone who works in the industry and fits people this came in with a size that was 1.5 sizes smaller than my actual foot and made no account for the extra space needed for lactic acid build up that swells the feet. If I had taken the recommendation I would be suffering with loss toenails, foot numbness and arch pain. Also this app says I am 90% chance that there is something wrong with my feet, so that I pay a little extra money. There is nothing wrong with my feet.
So size was way off, bogus claims about foot problems and also the recommendations of footwear were so random and inappropriate that there is no point of it even suggesting foot wear.
Want a free way to find out about your foot? Go to your local specialty running store and get a hair analysis by someone who has been trained. Even if you don’t want running shoes most stores will still provide the service for no charge.
This app is insulting.

Great shoe sizing app
The app works pretty good for finding shoe size, however am using the app within a family and there does not appear to be a way to store profiles for each member of the family. In essence I have to delete the profile, scan one kid at a time, then delete and go through whole process again for my other kid and wife. Surely would be better if I could scan the family so they each have their measurements stored in the app.
The second issue is that the app does not seem to use the technology available with the LIDAR equipped iPhones. Was expecting to easily use the LIDAR scanner to create a 3D representation of feet.
Both of the above I would love to see in future updates or releases but until now, app is not nearly as useful as it could be.

Very helpful info
Found out that I should have been buying wide width shoes instead of shoes a half size larger than my actual fit. First pair I bought that were recommended have been a great fit! This app is really great!

Inaccurate
I sent an email about the inaccuracies. Hopefully they fix them. But I want to let others know to take the results with a HUGE grain of salt. The app says I have flat feet when my doctor says I have high arches. I’m going with what my doc said. I do like the potential this app has with the shoe recommendations but I hate that it will only recommend based on the scan and not the info I know is correct.

False advertising
Buyer beware, this app doesn’t have anything in it worth paying money past the free trial. I downloaded it thinking it would generate a 3D scan of my feet and give me my measurements and shoe size, but I was wrong.
I scanned multiple times in socks and without and it gave me the sane generic scan. It never told me my measurements or size, just said they had “compared the fit to others in your size range”. They ask you what your favorite pair of sneakers are and in what size, then change your recommendations for shoes based on that.
One minute it said I would fit an 8.5 in Hoka running shoes, then when I changed my favorite sneaker to see what it would say it recommended me a 10 in different brands.
Don’t trust this app, go to a podiatrist or running store and have a personalized scan and assement done.

A decent start
Working in the industry I was curious when this app concept would hit the market. They 100% missed the mark on the health aspect of footwear selection. It was also strange that they promote joke/low quality brands and low quality models. The current version of the app fails to ask even one of the top 20 required questions for footwear fitting.

Inaccurate and hides monthly fee
I’m a wide or extra wide and it said I was normal width after scanning my feet. It also entirely missed another foot issue I could have used advice on. Also after going through the scanning process they surprise you with a hard sell on an expensive monthly plan and withhold most of your findings until you sign up. Not impressed.

Garbage don’t waste your time
Waste of time to download this app. I don’t think they have the technology to properly analyze one’s foot. They ask for your favorite shoe and then suggest that brand’s popular shoe. They offer a paid result but why have a free app to just have a paid result? Be upfront and have people pay to download the app dont trick people into downloading and then tell them pay to see your “analisis” it makes it look like a scam
