2. Meet with your neurologist to discuss chronic headaches or migraines. During your appointment, your neurologist may prescribe some headache medication and will discuss lifestyle changes you can try.
3. Meet with your care coach weekly, who will help support you along your journey to finding relief and better managing your headache or migraine challenges.
PRICING
Neura membership costs just $1 for your first week. After the first week, the per-month cost ranges from $22-28 depending on whether you choose a monthly, quarterly or annual membership plan. This includes access to our tracker, weekly care coaching sessions with a dedicated coach, unlimited 24/7 chat with your care team, and access to schedule same-day or next-day video appointments with a neurologist. App is rough on the edges
This is not a commentary on the service, but the app itself. While it’s responsive and stable, the usability leaves a lot to be desired. This is everything from to do items on the Home Screen only giving a textual description of where else to go in the app vs just going to there to offering to add an appointment to your calendar but not using the iOS API so instead you’re just shown the text of an ics file to then not offering the ability again in the app to add to your calendar to not telling you which forms you’ve completed or not.
I’ve heard great things about the service, but as a new user a poorly designed app isn’t confidence inspiring in how the practice is going to handle my PII.

The best neurologist, headache care, and care team ever
I came to Neura Health because of Dr. Berk, who is the best neurologist and doctor I’ve ever had. He is not only incredibly smart, dynamic, and an expert in neurology and specifically headaches, but he is also kind, available, and genuinely cares about a patients well-being and progress. He is absolutely amazing in every sense of the word. Further, Neura Health is unlike any other neurology practice because they solve what others don’t: they provide a full care team to take care of your needs from a holistic perspective. My headache coach, Cary, is so incredibly caring, kind, and attentive. Some doctors and practices simply treat the direct pain, forgoing the trauma of the entire experience and the changes it can cause in every other area of your life. Neura Health doesn’t. The entire team, including Madeleine the office manager, who is so attentive and dedicated to providing immediate help, is amazing and such a blessing. The team is accessible and genuinely cares. I could not be more appreciative and would recommend them to anyone looking for the absolute best care.

fantastic experience
I have been having trouble getting to see a in network neurologist for a month, the appointment was further delayed by a change of accepting insurances at the clinic just a few days prior to the appointment. I decided to give Neura a try. Dr Berk seems to be very knowledgeable and experienced. He was very patient and answered all of my questions. Definitely one of the best medical experiences I’ve had, even better than most of my in person doctor visits. Thank you so much for offering an alternative to existing care model!

Incredibly helpful
The doctor I saw is incredibly knowledgeable, listens well, and thorough. I felt heard and supported. They also helped me relieve my pain from cluster headache and another related issue. Neura is the best thing I’ve done to deal with headache pain.

Most excellent experience with both the Nuera App and with virtual session with Dr.Berk.
Extremely affordable - great service and top quality care. The app is very user friendly and makes it so easy for me to track my headaches and helps me even understand some symptoms I didn’t even know I had! Then before the session with dr. He is able to review everything I have been tracking : ( this makes everything so much more useful and accurate ) I got a session with the dr very quickly and he spent so much time with me, evaluating me and also plenty of time explaining everything and answering all my questions. I have been following his advice and with the support of the Nuera App tracker and care coach (checks in with me every week and really helps keeping me accountable); not to mention access is 24/7 they always get back to me extremely quickly!
