Best game out there LOVE 5 BN GAMES!!!
Every episode gets better and better! Free to play is great, but there is also a $6.99 version where you do not have to watch umpteen commercials for clues. I like to support this developer in hopes that they keep making more games!
The artistry is exceptional and I love just admiring it in many of the scenes. The story keeps you guessing and is interesting. The puzzles range from simple to head scratching. The only thing I do not like about the free game is that you have to remember which of the thirty scenes you need to jump to…for many people that is part of the fun, but not for me. The paid version has a setting you can get hints at which scene you need to be at.
I have a brain injury and this set of games has done more for me than most of my occupational therapy! It keeps my cognitive functioning going, holds my attention and has helped me get myself back functioning better! Keep making them please!

Another winner
I’ve played 1-3 now and decided to come in to give a review! I enjoy these games very much, graphics are great, puzzles won’t fry your brain only sizzle it a bit, and the storyline is a sci-fi zombie fest—almost.
I’m on my way to get NY Mystery 4 and think I’ll get the CE Edition just to have the interactive map.
The good thing is that having played the first 3 for free $6.99 is a good deal for essentially 4 games @ like a buck & 3/4’s [$1.75]. A bargain when you look at some games of this type with other developers so I don’t mind supporting them.
When I find a developer that gives you a game without ads, 5 hints up front [i’ve never used more than 1], with great support from them working in a war zone in the Ukraine, great graphics plain to see items and decent storyline….well it doesn’t get much better than that in my book!
Go ahead & get this game, you won’t be sorry.

A great game series……BUT
I’ve been playing this game, starting with the original of the series and it has all those elements that keeps one engaged….but! The frustrating part begins to develop and increase the deeper you advance into the story. In order to find needed items, and secret items you literally have to touch every micrometer of your screen to obtain what you need, and delve in up to three screens to get what you need three or four screens back.
By that time you’ve forgotten what you needed three screens back, now you’re searching all over to find where you need to place that item. Over time this makes the game cumbersome, tiresome and complicated.
The length of the story/game flow and including the bonus game is fantastic. And along with the series makes it a worthwhile investment if you buy the purchase version. It just becomes tiresome being as complicated as it is. Less screens to have to advance into to obtain all the items needed to fulfill the objective three screens back becomes too cumbersome. If it wasn’t for that, and having to touch every part of the screen I would give this games series a big five star rating. The developers did well with this game except for those two elements of it.

Great Game
I really liked the first New York Mysteries, but I think I like this one even better. The storyline is interesting and I really like the variety of puzzles. It is challenging, but not too much that you cannot figure it out. The graphics are nice and the game play is smooth. I highly recommend this developers games.
If you are complaining about having to pay money for hints, then that is your choice to buy hints not on the developer. I think it is a fair trade off and they need to be able to make some money. May I remind you that they do not have annoying adds, which is where most of the free games get their money. With all that being said, I do not find the games to be so hard that you are forced to buy hints.

Escape Room Taken to Another Level
I like these kinds of games because they are more challenging than escapade room games because there are so many areas and you often have to go back and forth between areas to get everything you need. The puzzles weren’t too hard, though I did use all the hints. Lots of Fun! Going to see if I can find New York 1!

Good game
This game was really cool actually, I was surprised at how decent the quality was. My only complaint is that you couldn’t earn any coins to help if you got stuck (not that I was aware of atleast) you had to buy more. And since the game was so back and forth and there were so many different locations, I would forget what would be needed where since I didn’t play the game straight through. Still a good game though and would recommend. Also a little bummed you had to pay to play the bonus game.

The F2P is a terrific concep but after playing several of them I found myself going on you tube walkthroughs for hints and to figure out where to go next, which is a pain. I’d gladly pay for the game up front if the map has indicators on which spots to travel to. So question for developers...does it?

Great for puzzle-solving junkies!
I loved this game! No two puzzles were the same. The game was long, but kept me interested until the end. I didn’t pay for hints...just be ready to take notes! Some puzzles are a bit difficult, but if you keep trying, you will succeed! Best escape/puzzle/hidden object I’ve played so far!

Great Game
I am already a fan of these types of games. I love solving puzzles. I enjoy a challenge, but also like to be able to solve the puzzles without having to use the hints. I have completed all 4 of the New York series. And the bonus games. If you like puzzles, you’ll like this game!

Fun but sometimes repetitive and hard to see
The storyline is great, and the game is fun. The puzzles are a bit uneven, some ridiculously easy and others more challenging. While most scenes allow for zooming in, in some games, the screen doesn’t zoom and the tiny details can be hard to see.
