Fun, needs work.
Update: After updating, the game is much more stable and all of the other bugs/glitches I experienced are resolved. Give this one a try! Very fun game.
This is a great game that needs a little polish. Pros: Very enjoyable when it works. Progression is steady, not a grind. You unlock characters and upgrades at a reasonable pace, and the events are fun, even though the event quests can be frustrating at times. Cons: I have lost progression once, but support responded and said they are working on it. Support was very friendly, and one of the only mobile support teams that I’ve ever been able to talk with. The game does freeze at times, locking you and your opponent in a match, or the game will crash, causing a loss. I am in the high 50s levels, but Garfield did not unlock for some reason, and I can’t unlock him yet. This is something they have stated they are working on as well. Overall, I will keep playing, because it is fun, and once the bugs are worked out, it will be that much better.

Cheaters take the fun out
I had originally rated this game 5 stars, being immediately addicted, but after playing for some time now (long enough to open all characters and max out several), and I’ve noticed some players have figured out a way to exploit a glitch or kind of way to cheat. The ball will be clearly past them and them on the other side of the court and they will have their racket pulled back and the ball will freeze. Sometimes it gets stuck this way with maybe some things moving or sometimes it locks it up all together 🤷♀️ Note these players have no energy when this is happening. They aren’t dashing to the ball it is CLEARLY stuck floating for sometimes up to 30 seconds until they find the right spot to get to it. It helps if you use Garfield because when they do this his energy (usually, I’ve had cases where it didn’t) continues to fill and you can use your special to counter this. I find this usually makes the cheaters quit the match. I don’t want to use Garfield though, so that’s frustrating to me. Known cheater tags to watch for : ^Kris 96^, thatthiccpad, mas302, forbetterorworse, -orangepenguin-, “sanya_08”. There have been a couple others I missed the names of, but they are making it not fun when my screen locks up every hit because of whatever they’re doing 😡 a few always have to ruin it.

So I’ve played a little bit every day for about a week… and I’m completely maxed out at level 80, which means the few and far between daily challenges and points bags are the only way I’m leveling up characters at such a quick rate, which is also okay… besides the fact that Danny being the last character to unlock and the character with the fewest level point bags (epics and rare bags every five levels or so really help) and also the character with some of the worst stats is extremely frustrating. Catdog has too good of stats too early, and Danny has too few. Those would be decent fixes to look at in the next update, as well as adding player levels again and more characters. Overall it’s fun, and the last update fixed some of the bugs. You still have the game glitching out every five rounds or so, which is frustrating. I began taking screenshots because I wanted to see how many times the game force crashed or broke in an hour of play. It averages every four rounds, specifically if you use the characters Rocko or Helga.
Since there are no more player levels to achieve at this point, I haven’t played the game in two days. It kind of takes away from the draw.

They keep cheating inside of the game .
When I was playing the game where when they were coming to serve the ball like I was trying to hit it and it just kept freezing up and then it made the other team get a point and is a type of glitches like I was just playing in the Rocko acting like he can beat me because like in the story of the surprise I have to go against it are you doing like helga she was trying to beat me, but then like she just went off she said the ball that only gave it to her. I barely got it hurt and like she was serving the ball when she made a fall they will call that at Ace but what I was so mad that I was like I don’t wanna play this game anymore so I just deleted the game and I don’t feel like playing it anymore because she she or a he who made it there’s some cheaters. I was just playing a game and then like I thought I deleted the game but then I saw so I started playing envisioning like I was like oh and then like I was trying to play it was fun but then I kept glitching so I left I don’t know I went to another game not a whole Nother game I like that to the next match then I battled the same exact person and then it only count it for him where I got my Ballin before him and then it just kept glitching language and inclusion and where I was doing that when SpongeBob made it into my goal

Tournament/Vs Mode Bug issues
Love the game, play it as many times as I can so to the developers, I applaud you. However, I rated it two stars, because at this point in time as long as the game has already been out, and having been updated four months ago, I had hoped that these glitches and bug problems would have been fixed by now. there have been way too many glitches throughout the game, especially within the tournament section, so hopefully in the next update that will be fixed. However, it would be very helpful if there was some kind of section in the game or more information displayed within the game that can describe in detail different parts of the game. For example, the level cap displayed before entering the tournament or displaying, the title of the current tournament. The tournaments and can be a little stressful when receiving a loss due to glitches in the game. Let alone finishing the tournament and the game fails to reward you with the achievement or a crown. Because I just finished a tournament using Rocko and received the achievement along with crown and the achievement for Mikey, who already had the crown from a previous tournaments match while using him.

Omg this can never get better! Couple Ideas for it to be better though
I’m always stressed and bored and I used to fiddle around with my iPhone 📱 and now that I have this game I don’t fiddle with my iPhone, bored nor stressed. Having this awesome game! Yes I know I gave it 4 stars ⭐️ but it is still fun! I’ve seen some reviews on this game and I realized their right about complaints. I also have a couple of ideas for the game too! Here we go! 1 Add more characters plz because I WANT SQUIDWARD! Also plz add plz Lincoln Loud and his family/friends OH ya don’t forget about the Casagrandes! 2 make us lvl up faster! 3 I wanna have like an online mode you like play matches against your friends because I wanna play against my cousin! So that was basically it I mean I can’t think of any more hold on gimme a min… 🤔🤔🤔💬💬💬 Nope! Nothing! Awesome, but buggy/feels rigged at times
First off, what an awesome game! Its one of the funniest phone games I’ve played in awhile and the lineup of characters is great. Gameplay is smooth, quirky at times, and fun to enjoy. Besides the handful of wonky connection bugs and tournament issues, I’m disappointed in the amount of real players you actually match with. For the most part, you obviously get bots with names of Patrick or susie with no Game Center name. Some of the balancing is weird, but at times it feels manipulated (such as right next to the ball dives or random hit backs when using your special ability). Some of the technique characters can hit crazy curve shots in areas that are completely unhitable. Oftentimes it feels like you hit the ball over the bubble power ups or right next to it and you don’t get the powerup. When you do find a real player the matches are usually awesome and a ton of fun. Great game so far, but with a few tweaks it could get even better!

Fun but has some bugs
This game is really enjoyable when it works. It will freeze often and shut down in the middle of a game. I am at like level 18 but it didn’t unlock one of the characters at level 13 which is odd. Also the game should try to match you up with someone with a similar skill level. So while the concept is cool, the delivery if not fixed will find itself playerless.

Since the new update it crashes far less and just makes the game even more fun. Keep adding more characters. I would love to see characters from Doug, angry beavers, More from rugrats, more diverse characters from hey Arnold , ahh real monsters , rocket power, wild thorn berry’s. There’s a wide selection of nicktoons from different eras, so I hope you guys incorporate them too. Keep it coming this is in the making to become a great great game.

So Much Potential, Half-Baked
This game is very fun for the first day or two until you realize it could be SO much better! As many people have reported the matchmaking is broken and a majority of the online games crash or freezes (even on newest iphone pro), however when if does work its super fun. The animation and characters are super fun, but you are left wanting more. There should be a robust campaign mode. Currently the character stories are dull, repetitive, and the AI is impossibly easy. The challenges could be more dynamic and engaging instead of the monotonous drag they currently are. The level up system is not well thought out as there are plateaus that are insurmountable until an event. All that, this is the one game I keep playing but am always left wanting more. Three ways to improve: (1) Add difficulty for the AI (2) fix the broken online multiplayer and more ranked matches WHY NO REMATCH! (3) more engaging offline campaign mode, maybe tournaments??? Will stay tuned for the updates. Peace out.

More options for offline players
Offline players need more content. The story mode is cool, but only after I unlock a new character, which takes way too long to do. I finish all games with 3 stars in a story, yet I’m not leveled enough to unlock the next character. I then have to grind out games I’ve already played which leaves me feeling bored. Why not make an offline tournament mode, like with actual brackets? I don’t even know what the current tournament mode has to offer, because I don’t want to play online. I feel forced to play something I’m not comfortable with so I can experience the whole game, and that’s just ridiculous.
Also, while not as frustrating, why are the stun balls not resetting between serves? If I am serving, and my opponent is standing still but a ball rolls into them, I can then get a free point. That’s too cheesy to be intentional, or that’s what I’d like to think at least. Great game though, however lacking of solo content.
