Retro Bowl+ Hack 1.5.91 + Redeem Codes

I’ve played the original Retro Ball. I have played a total of like 25 seasons across the board and payed the extra dollar for the extra features on it. This Retro Bowl+ is literally the exact same thing. The only difference is that you can now change through 4 different difficulties. And edit teams, which you might’ve been able to do on the original as well. I also know you can do exhibition matches on the original as well, against friends. I’m not sure if I saw that on the new version.

I just feel like I wasted my money (even though it was only a dollar) just to find out it came out free on Apple Arcade.

I would’ve hoped that they would add a sim only mode where you could be the gm. Or actually be able to play defense. There’s plenty of things you can do and they did none of them. Hopefully down the line they actually add features.

The simplicity mixed with the set player characteristics and customizable abilities is just great. Gameplay is wonderful. The only thing i think needs major tweaking is the fans percentage. The fans are far more negative than real life fans tend to be. They arent team/location specific (for example Baltimore fans are more dedicated than LA fans) and while winning many games in a row will build the fanbase slowly, a single loss can take them back to square one. My point is even if team fanbases cant be quantified/qualified individually, they should at least be far more substantial as wins pile up and the season continues. A playoff berth in and of itself should boost the fans percentage, and playoff wins should be huge boosts, as they are in real life. Again, this is easily the very best mobile football game, but that is the one thing i believe the developers should consider

I never played the original. The arcade version is amazing though. I’ve worked my way up to my favorite team and led them through several retro bowl wins. Ive had fun growing players drafting and hiring coaches. Even making mistakes to learn from like cutting a QB for a better one only to find that he out throws my WRs lol.

The only thing I dislike is the sim game function. It’s nice to be able to speed things up a bit. But it seems fairly broken. It’s basically just a RNG because it doesn’t seem to take team ratings Into account at all. I have a 5 star team. Both offense and defense. My players are mostly all 5 star. 9/10 times I will loose dramatically to teams who’s offense is 3 stars lower than my D. Like 30-0 kinda loss. It makes the feature un usable because you’re very likely to loose to a team you would probably beat otherwise.

Fun and fairly easy game. Quarters are short. Gameplay is smooth. But there is so much negativity at the end of most games that affect your team. For example. Players are missing meetings which then you have to decide to punish them or ignore it which then punishes the team morale. Or, a player is criticized for playing poorly and you have to either criticize, the player, which lowers his morale, or criticize, the coaches, which lowers his morale. No matter what the issue, even if you’re praising someone, even that has a negative effect of something. That’s really the only challenge of the game - who are you going to focus your criticism on and lower their morale.

Here’s an idea, how about making a basketball game like retro bowl. It would be really cool if you at new star games to make one. If you don’t now how to play basketball then hears it in simplest form, for offense there is 5 plays you can make, they’re make a pass, shoot a 2, shoot a 3, make a ally-oop, and get the ball stolen by the other team! For defense the plays are try to steal the ball, block a shot, or commit a foul. A turnover occurs when you, steep out of bounds or pass the ball to the other team. also 6 fouls and your out! their is many more fouls than trying to steal the ball but hitting the opposing player but there is too many to count. there is also 10 men or women on the court at a time.

This game is great. For pixelated retro style football, it’s a love letter to the old madden/techmo bowl games, even though you play from the head coaches perspective. Very addicting.

Today’s mobile games are usually a bunch of garbage with endless loads of in app purchases. Retro bowl + with apple arcade feels like your classic good mobile game, and I was personally so surprised how in depth the game goes. First apppe arcade game I’ve truly enjoyed (I have it for free through Verizon, and haven’t found much yet that I haven’t played once and deleted. )

Download this game if you like football.

I love this game I bought the full version before I had access to arcade. I play a college style where 21 is freshman and you are off my team if you are 25 unless I redshirt you. It’s even more challenging this way and morale tanks when I keep trading guys away but I get them sweet GM coins. It’s too bad that after all the success of this game we don’t have any new features. Even defense play calling on a dice roll would be welcomed. Or giving us control over which formation the random offensive play will be. Hope we see some cool changes in the future. Would love to see your take on basketball.

In the beginning, god created…..wait..In the beginning of the game, it was frustrating as you are greatly outplayed by the AI. Then, as more options are given, more control and then as you make decisions on how to run things, the game/fun really opens up. Applying your decisions becomes part of the fun too! It’s a blast to play and have found myself getting into all my choices and playing with a smile on my face. It seems like continuity is key here. Build a roster, take care of them, upgrade, trade, cut, control moral, crowd and other cool little things. I hope it only keeps getting better.

Super fun old school vibe! Reminds me of madden back in the beginning stages of the Franchise. Also has somewhat of an NFL blitz vibe (if you know you know).

I love the little coaching scenarios that pop up. I wish this happened in madden franchise mode. My main knock for this game is the passing mechanics and the interceptions. It’s so unbalanced and difficult to pass in this run first style gameplay. I thought maybe I was just bad at playing QB but after reading reviews other people have struggled with the same thing. If they fix this problem in the next update it would be a huge improvement.

First of all, this is a fun game. I like most things about the team management and gameplay. A big frustration is that every 5 star offense scores every time down the field, mostly touchdowns. It’s pretty unrealistic. Also, 4-5 star defenses intercept everything that is thrown their way. I get it, they’re great - but ease up a little bit on the efficiency. Also, maybe create scenarios where you can earn two coaching coins. If you are effectively managing your team’s morale, stadium , facilities, etc… it’s difficult to have enough coins to do anything with free agency. Or maybe just reduce free agency rates a little.
