So nearly perfect! - just one thing
This is a great app for giving your photos and videos a unique hand drawn look. There isn’t much in the way of customisation but the results out of the box are really good! Only issue I found was on the iPhoneX it’s nearly impossible to return to the capture or styles screen once you go into the library - a mini swipe near the bottom of the screen will get you back maybe 10% of the time but otherwise you’ll end up in another app or just opening a photo from the bottom of the screen... highly recommended though!!!

Super Impressive Results
Simple, intuitive interface makes quick work of settings, letting you enjoy the results. The images or videos that result are very impressive—very artistic looking. Most of the software I’ve used that is supposed to create simplified images misses the mark by a mile, but Olli has something those other apps don’t—whatever is under the hood powering this app has some very artistic chops. Simply stunning is really all I can say. Highly recommended for short videos and still images.

I can’t stop. Makes every photo a work of art—especially the salt filter. I can’t stop. Inspires creativity. I have processed over a thousand images in two days. I wish you made a Mac version for batch processing, organization, some photoshop tweaks and printing. I have had many photo filter apps but nothing else has “possessed”me like this— everything it touches is cooler... I want to see what it does to ALL my photos. I can print them on a laser printer and frame them. I might wallpaper my study with them... Thanks!

Nice App Needs One Thing More
Does a good job rendering your photos in an artistic way.
One important feature is needed though: the style choices have to be selected prior to accessing your photos. Style bar disappears after photo selected.
It would allow easier experimentation if the style bar would stay pinned under the photograph as you are working.
As it is; if you are not satisfied with the effect you have to go back; try another style and then re- select the photo; whereupon the styles are no longer available once again.
Please consider placing all the styles in a scrollable bar that stays pinned beneath the photograph you are working on.

Yeah, BUT. It seems like there is no way to take one of my over 5,000 pictures and move it to where it is easy to find. Olli just ignores my moved picture.
I also find myself using Olli to get almost what I want then stuff it into something else to finish the job.
It’s a very interesting bunch of filters that get me a good start on what I want but that’s it. Nothing I’ve found does what Olli does but as I said, it almost gets me what I want. Plus the irritation of not being able to rotate or crop or use rotate or crop in another piece of software and put the result where Olli can access it. Olli is the first half of a very interesting piece of software.

Finally have begun using this app to create a completely different type of travel photo book / video.
It’s pretty simple and straightforward to capture static photos. Giving it a solid 4 stars.
Could be 5 stars if !

Olli & iPhone X an inelegant marriage
I adore the many ideas behind the artistic endeavors of TinRocket, unfortunately Olli, as filled with potential as it is, is an exercise in frustration. Moving betwixt filters and stored photos is painful and often involves a forced closing of the program. It takes too much effort to complete any photo transformation which means this monetary investment sits gathering dust. I look forward to the quick and complete fix of this glitch.

I bought and like all the filters but the app constantly keeps asking me to access my camera after I initially said no. Very annoying. No means “NO” and the app should understand that without having to constantly repeat yourself.
