Think of it as an intelligent, interactive food label! Just open the app, enter your weight goals and any dietary restrictions one time, and begin. OneNumber Health lets you scan (or search vocally or by keypad) and test foods from a database of hundreds of thousands.

User experience at a glance:
• Enter your weight objective and any dietary restrictions. Your profile is private and fully editable.
• Search a food by keypad, microphone or barcode from a national database of hundreds of thousands of whole and branded foods.
• Select the quantity you’d like measured.
• Instantly receive a one-number rating for that food that’s tailored to your specific health situation. Keep your ratings above 10 and ideally in the green for optimal health and weight management.
• That food’s protein, fat, total carb and fiber contents will also be displayed.
• Tap “More nutrients” to see a complete breakdown of that food’s Calories, micronutrients, minerals, vitamins and fatty acids.
• The app’s “Settings” section includes a leading doctor’s recommendation.
