RSCantey,
The only stat tracker i’ll ever need
So I’ve been using OpenLane for quite a while now and while i haven’t been to many centers using the sync system, it’s been great having the ability to see how i did for each game, a couple nitpicks i’d have to point out is that i really wish i could see an interactive replica of the results screen that was shown on the screen on the lane i was on which included people who didn’t connect the app, along with the stats screen (i.e average, spare, strike, split, and split conversion percentage) for each session, ok, on to the next minor nitpick, id really want the my scores tab to be sorted into sessions (assuming 2 or more games were played,) it looks kinda messy by showing each individual game rather than it being one tab for each play, session but other than that, really great app and I’m excited for what’s to come in the future

Open Lane Review
As a manager in the bowling industry this app is exactly what we have been waiting for. It is molded perfectly for both the average league bowler and open play guest.

Since implementing the Open Lane app we have seen an increase in customer engagement for wait lists, customizing their user experience at the lanes, and even additional social media exposure from guests sharing their scores.

We cannot wait to see how this app develops even more functionality for our guests and continues to provide the best experience.
JDT max,
Very cool. Lots more potential
Just recorded my first session with the app. So much potential with this. It’s really missing a “stats” or “career” tab where you can see avg, strike percentage, spare conversion etc. it appears as though that data is being recorded but there is no way to access it.

Okay dreaming a little here, but what if in the future, there was a league tab where you could link your profile with others’ in your league and compare all those stats. Such as maybe a separate game sync designed for league games only and could have a sortable league leaderboard view. So much potential to make leagues fun on a whole other level.

All in all it is such a needed app and I think it will be integral in building interest in leagues and also keep casual bowlers coming back to their favorite alley. Well done!

Poor Customer Support
I have used this since it started at Seminole and Sunrise Lanes. There were some rough spots in the beginning. It did not alway record the reward points. It got better but never replaced missing reward points. Recently my 5000 reward points disappeared. My scores are present. Upon questioning what happened I was told by lane management that I have a weird email address and Brunswick deleted my email account in their system. I was told to get a yahoo or gmail account. In the first place if I had a weird email account how having been accumulating reward points, why are my scores recorded? Why does my husband still get reward points using same domain? I wrote email to Brunswick customer service and one to app@ and got no answer. Bad app, bad customer service. Very disappointed.
Dan Gillick,
AMAZING!
I got cash points just for signing up!!!! My first 100 game also got me cash points. Unbelievable!!!! I used the WaitList to get in line for a lane and was notified via push notification that our lane was clean and ready to roll. Once we got down there, we all used the app to customize our bowling experience with names and avatars using the app without touching the tablet. That is big in Covid times. So excited what will come next. Food and Beverage ordering? Prepaid reservations? Exciting!!!!
Rockyrolie,
The only bowling app you need
This app is amazing! It’s super simple to use for me and my family. I can join a waitlist at my favorite center, get loyalty points when I play and it keeps all my bowling coupons in one place.

It’s easy to use and I love the look of the app. As a mom, it’s functional and efficient while going to have fun with littles in tow.
xX__puglife__Xx,
How to get offers
I’ve been using the app for a couple of weeks now but still unsure how get offers and what to do with my points but other that this app is pretty cool🤠
o yes yes yes,
Sort of works.
I have attempted to use the app to record my score in three different dates. The app only recorded my score the first time.

Even if the app is working and recoding your scores (which it is not) it only stores your scores for 90 days. Why would they not keep your scores for longer?

This app has so much promise but really falls short. It’s kinda like Strava for bowling except it does not always record your score and does not keep the scores long enough.

I wish I could use this to record my average over time and to also be able to see my average over a specified time (like a stocks chart)
Also wish people could record lane conditions and such.

Open Lane
We love open lane. There are six senior citizens who bowl every Wednesday at Woodland and with the VIP reward coupon it enable us to enjoy the game. Thank you very much for your program of providing affordable chance to enjoy bowling. We love this sports.
CHRIS5377.,
Great!
I love how you can easily set up a lane with your friends from your phone. I accidentally marked my friend as “This is me” but can’t delete his scores. I wish you could delete scores and see more stats like average and speed.
