Auriala,
Not bad
Gives some good options.
drdcrafa,
Recommended for basics but...
This is a great app for tracking energy fluctuations throughout the day - whether or not you’re experiencing medical difficulties. I began using this app after a surgery temporarily depleted my energy and I discovered that it’s also useful for knowing what times of day you are working at your peak. This has been helpful for me to schedule exercise and work tasks at times of day when I have the most energy to tackle them. It’s great! However, it really needs better visualization features. It’s easy to see how your day went, but knowing on average whether you’re more energized in the morning or evening would be really helpful (again, whether or not you’re dealing with illness). Also seeing a line graph of weekly or monthly changes would be helpful. There’s a great feature that allows you to enter what went well and poorly each day, so you can track whether your energy challenges are influencing sleep or productivity, for example. I also wish this feature saved the factors you entered so you can select them again later. As it stands, you have to write the exact same thing each time or it will be counted as separate variables (eg “exercise” and “exercised” are treated as separate variables). To summarize, great app! Needs time-of-day, line graphs, and added variables list. I personally recommend and will keep using. Hopefully the developers continue to improve the design! Fingers crossed!

Good app with one suggestions
I have been keeping a daily written log since I fell ill. This log was necessary to provide evidence to my gaggle of doctors since most of them questioned my perceptions and memory. The log included time of day for symptoms as well as hours slept, hours worked, activities, medications taken and other measures. The good doctors now want to start my visit by reviewing the log.
I was so pleased to find this app because it gets me 80% of the way to replacing my written log as it is less informative for the big picture view. I especially like the journal since my log short-changed this part for brevity to make it more skimmable by the doctors.
I have a suggestion that would be helpful in replacing my log. The morning, midday and evening sections could benefit by having a separate area for symptoms with a rating scale (overall). The details could be in text. This would help to explain acuity and activity levels as well as provide big-picture insights. It would be helpful if the symptoms could be separate from the journal but not a requirement.
I appreciate the thought put into this easy to use and helpful app. Thanks

Very helpful
I was just diagnosed with ME/CFS and I have been overwhelmed with the process of researching this condition and ways of managing it. I knew I needed to try pacing as a first step but I wanted some kind of structure to help me figure out what to track. This app is exactly what I was looking for. It’s easier to fill out than keeping a log on paper. I really appreciate having different kinds of data, including the consistent ratings as well as the activity journal and the daily evaluation. Thank you to the makers of this app!

Info Disappeared
I was really enjoying this app. I had a few days logged. I would’ve given it five stars... except today I went to log my morning info and ALL of the things I had logged were gone. It was as if I had never used the app before. Like it reset itself. If my info reappears somehow I may update this review... but I am very disappointed. Especially because I paid $1.99 and it really helped me while it still worked. I might still use it even if it doesn’t save my data because it helps me with mindfulness of what I use my energy on.
travlswim,
Easy way to track your health
Super easy and low effort way to track my well-being. I love that you can easily see your perceived positive and negative influences on your health. I don’t have CFS/ME but do struggle with other mental health concerns and this is an easy way to help manage and track my state.
