Can’t get passed the login screen
The app worked fine last school year, and now that I need to replenish my son’s account, the submit button no longer works. I can log in fine from my computer but the app is frozen. I removed the app and download it again and it’s the same issue. Please fix the app so I can check on my son’s school balance easier. after reading the reviews, I realize this happened before.

Not user friendly
This app is horrible! We are new to the area. I entered the wrong school name (because there are 6 similar names and I didn’t realize the difference.). Now, I can’t find a way to fix it without contacting someone, who may or may not reply in the next 1-4 business days. The “how do I” section is no help! There’s 5 questions and if it’s not one of those 5, tough luck for you!

What happened????
When it worked it worked decently. Recently I have had difficulty logging in. I keep getting error message that my sign on and password is incorrect or not in the system yet when I sign in through the internet I'm able to log right in. I really hope they get this fixed soon or maybe do some updates since it doesn't look like anyone is even maintaining the app.

You can’t change your cc number on the go.
This is horrible! Your kids go to school, you have new credit card and would like to change it on the account, but you can’t because there no laptop available, all you have is your phone. Why is it so difficult to have as an option on the phone?! Makes no sense.

Frustrating APP
I always have issues logging in. It’s a shame that as a parent we are forced to used this System that is really not user friendly.
Why isn’t there a login help? Unfortunately you have to contact these people and they don’t get back to you till next day or later??? Update this dumb app!!!!

Needs auto payment
I have always used the website to replenish my account and set up the auto payment feature. I just have to activate each fall. Can't do it from the app. So not really helpful for me.

Used to work
I’ve been using this app to pay for my son’s lunch account for several years, and it used to work just fine. Now, the sign-in screen will not allow an email address with more than one “.” after the @ sign, so I can’t login with my stupidly long email address.

Limited Functionality
I can only access lunch balance, but I have that set on auto replenish. What I really need is to be able to add funds to my student account, fees, etc. and why can’t I auto replenish my student account as well? The app is no use to me if I have to go to the web version to do what I need.
