Phenomenal strength training app
A fantastic strength app that provides appropriate exercises for whatever sport you are training for. Although I have coached for years I am still learning new queues and progression techniques for myself and my athletes. There are suggested rest timers and scaling options. In addition, as an active duty service member I use this app (combat sports training) for myself and my Soldiers. I have bought the powerlastic bands after my Rogue bands broke, and the powerlastic are much worth the investment along with the program that comes with (and technique stick as well as I got that package -that’s what she said).

Take time to listen to their podcast (Masters of Sport). A lot of great advice and funny quips as Earl constantly triggers Dane.

The app only crashed on me about 3 times, but expected with new apps and still awesome nonetheless. Get this app, it’s worth it if you apply yourself. At 37 years old, I am stronger than I ever been thanks to this app. It gets results.

I came here to write a second review due to their efficiency in their customer service.
I’m a curious person so I started to mess around with writing a new program because I wanted to see what else it offers and how it far it can go. And I never realized that if I did ask for a new program that it would get rid of the program I’m currently doing and all of its progress, but that is entirely my own fault. That I what this amazing app is built to do, write programs that will get you the results you want. I contacted their help team and responded efficiently and brought me back to my original program and kept my entire progress. They were very helpful and I would recommend this (and have been recommending) this app to anyone for any goal they have.

A trainer in your pocket!
I can’t say enough good things about this app! Being a former college athlete, after I graduated, I was pretty lost in the what do next and how I can maintain being competitive. This app solves all my problems and keeps me on track. It gives me the confidence that what I am doing is pushing me and increasing me in ways to reach my goals. Being able to communicate through this is a major plus as well because when a question arises, I know I am covered with help. Excellent app for anyone at any strength level to improve
I have been an on-site client at Garage Strength for 4 years now and was away in Pittsburgh taking summer classes, but didn’t want to fall behind in my preparation for my college football season. Peak strengths innovative program pushed me, and developed my strength and athleticism. I found myself PRing every week using the app. I love how interactive it is and flexible depending on the equipment you have available. The ability to have your rest time consistently timed is the cherry on top of this amazing app. Well done!!

Great training app for any type of lifter
I’m primarily a power lifter, but always look for ways to change things up for something different. This app certainly delivers. The clean interface makes it super easy to use. The ability to set up a program designed around your goals and equipment you have access to, along with helpful videos for exercise demonstrations are must have features that many other app, or website, programs don’t have. Definitely a must have for any level or type of athlete!

Best training app for athletes. BETTER THAN VOLT
Peak Strength truly customizes programming to your sport and to the resources you have available.

As a collegiate swimmer, I’ve used Volt in the past and it didn’t have the intensity i needed or cater to the equipment i had when i was training on my own.

The periodization along with the variety of exercises has helped me become more explosive and has definitely improved my athletic performance. Great app!

Exactly what an athlete needs
Dane and the rest of the team at GS hit the nail on the head with this app. This app is so amazing especially with the videos and technique cues on how to perform exercises, the post workout mobility, this app will turn you into a absolute beast. I just started 3 weeks ago and yesterday I hit a new bench pr. This is so satisfying cause I was at a 6month plateau. This rugby off season is gonna be fun! Thanks guys

Best programming I’ve ever had
I’ve been a professional athlete for 3 years now and I rely on their programming for all of my lifts. The exercises are all tailored to my needs and I feel like a beast afterwards. I know Dane personally and his programming has helped me gain 20+ lbs of muscle, become top 5 in the U.S. (mens discus), and increase all my lifts by at least 50lbs. This is truly the best of the best for athletic performance.

I have been dealing with an injury for the past couple of months and the interchangeable exercises has made it easier for me too get my work in. I’ve been using it for the whole week and it’s basically having a elite level coach in your pocket!! With timing your rest period, managing your weight jumps and more! Give this app a try!
