Great app. Great results. Great team behind it.
I’ve been a user of Juggernaut AI for a going on my 3rd year. Since beginning the program 3 years ago, I’ve added pounds to all of my lifts, and have hit more PRs than I can think back to remember them all. I’ve competed in 4 competitions while using Juggernaut AI. Winning 4 1st place placings and 2 best overalls. I now plan to continue using Juggernaut AI as I plan to prep for my first National competition.

I have also used the Guided AI which opens up the programming a lot and makes the system much more effective. I had the privilege of working with Carlos Moran in preparation of my last competition, and in the brief time we worked together, he helped improve my technical efficiency on all of my lifts, and even help me get out of a year long plateau on my bench press. Carlos always responded to my messages quickly and gave me some great information to allow me to get better in all areas of my lifts. Also Carlos is a monster in the gym so he backs up his bull. Would recommend Juggernaut AI, Guided AI, and obviously my coach Carlos for anyone trying to reach the next level. JUGGLIFE

Great programming; app needs updates
JuggernautAI provides some great programming and the readiness score is a great way of gauging where your fatigue is before a workout. I have had a lot of fun with the workouts and set several PRs in my main lifts as someone with 10+ years of lifting experience. I also appreciate the flexibility it gives in choosing some exercises (halting deadlifts for high reps can jump off a cliff) based on your preferences and available equipment. To get the most out of the programming, you do need to be experienced in judging your RPE and RIR, but that’s pretty common to most modern powerlifting programs. Support staff are usually pretty fast to respond to your questions.

However, there are several obvious bugs and missing features that have not been addressed in the long period of time since the last update. For instance, you can be limited by the app to a certain weight before you begin warming up based on your readiness score, but the app will then totally ignore that limit during your warmups and recommend a higher weight. The set timer notification works inconsistently. The exercise library is missing a lot of movements and it would be nice to know if they fit as recommended exercises. Just a few things to keep in mind, given the monthly fee and the amount of competitors entering this space.

Pretty good, could be better.
This is by far the most in depth training app you will ever find. Good movements, good rest periods, good everything. However my personal problem is that it doesn’t allow me to train as intensely as I would like. The weight that I am told to put on tinge bar never brings me to failure or close to it. I am going to start putting my own numbers on the bar (or just add 20lbs to whatever they have up there) and see if that allows me to create better progress and intensity. Amazing app and it’s taught me quite a lot about how to fix imperfections in your lifts and weaknesses. Although I think the best way to follow this app is with some flexibility and maybe push yourself a little harder then it tells you to. But number one listen to your body. The app does allow you to input how you slept and recovered etc and had you change how you train depending on that. But I could usually go harder then what it tells me. Maybe that’s just Bc I’m a young high school student or because I heal fast, but I can preform effectively even without the recovery it says I need. Overall it’s an incredible app, it’s not better then a (good) real life trainer but this is the best training app you will find.

Trust me it’s worth the money.
I was worried this app would be very buggy and no polished but it’s intact the opposite. I have loved the style of training and have seen great results. It has a very chill feel in the app and makes me excited to train. It’s very flexible and the customer service is excellent. However there is a small downside. It’s harder for beginners to use the app. The app uses rpe as a tool to measure fatigue and beginners are often confused and inaccurate with analyzing their rpe. However, it gets much easier and you will become more accurate. There are many tools in the app, this includes: Intraworkout adjustment, exercise lists aswell as recommended suggestions for specific goals, warmup planner, a feature where it will change your training if you are recovering from an injury, a warmup planner, adjustable auto timer, rpe chart and planner, plate math, and a 1 rm calculator. Healthy and Fit
A little talked-about benefit of Juggernaut AI. For me, its not just meet prep, or a lift PR. I’m a 43 year old, just married, new fitness business owner working 70 hours per week post-pandemic. Life has been stressful and trying much of the time, to say the least. My body has been inflamed and under-recovered much more than what was previously normal.

This program has helped me to rehab some injuries / substitute some exercises, adjust volume, and ‘dial it back’ when needed.. all while maintaining my bodyweight and muscle mass over the past few years. Most importantly, it has kept me between my MEV and MRV without me having to do any of my own calculations or programming.

..All for about $30 per month. For what I get out of this app, I would pay double (although I’m happy I don’t have to). Thank you to Chad and the staff for spending the amount of time and energy you have on the program.

Top Notch
By far the best, most detailed in depth training app out. It’s also not just any training app as JTS pretty much leads the way in the strength and conditioning world. At $30 bucks a month it’s a steal. People complain about the price and probably spend that a month on energy drinks or pre workout or something that isn’t going to progress them at all.

The interface is extremely user friendly. Gives you warm ups before training session a pre training questionnaire to identify your readiness for the session and adjust your working sets. It adjusts intra training session based on how hard or easy a set was the next set gets adjusted heavier or lighter. You can swap exercises for the block or week to week. I used the AI when it was spreadsheets and it was great training but could be frustrating at times loading the sheet and clicking the right box so on.

This app is a game changer!!!

The greatest training program I’ve ever used
JuggernautAI is the training program I wish I had through my entire powerlifting journey for this last decade. It is not only individualized for the person, but anyone of all ages, experience levels, genders, and more can use it for promised incredible results. There is a powerbuilding, a BJJ, and a powerlifting option all included. It’s like a coach with you by your side the entire time without the heavy price. I have been using JuggernautAI for a little over 2 years and it has added pounds on pounds onto an already solid lift total. You tell the program how you feel each day and it will adjust to your needs. If you haven’t taken the leap yet, I highly recommend you stop waiting and get your hands on the most intelligent program that now exists.

Become a better powerlifter #ChadBot
If you’re looking for personalized powerlifting programming this is it! You really won’t find anything better for even double (triple?) the cost. There may be generic templates out there that are cheaper but nothing as customized/personalized/tailored to you, as this. It takes into account all your details (actual age, training age, styles of lifting, day-to-day activity level, weight, maxes, etc.) PLUS the daily readiness questionnaire adjusts your workout in real time.
The actual app is just so beautiful. I love going in and just reading all the info, watching the demos on exercises & being able to look over my future workouts is such a nice touch.
I ran Jugg AI PL 2.0 for 1 hypertrophy block then this app came out & I jumped right in. No meet planned but I’m sooo excited to see my results for my mock meet test date. Thanks #ChadBot

Exceeds Expectations
I’ve been using JuggernautAI programs since Oct of 2016 back when it was excel spreadsheets..man, this is light years ahead of the spread sheets. From the moment you download it, the interface, the attention to detail, to the updates that they push out based on users feedback. The app is the way to go, very user friendly and adjusts based on what YOU put in daily and weekly. Can’t say enough about what they have created. This is a game changer for sure if you are serious about your training, this is the way to go. I’ve been lifting most of my life with a few breaks here and there and have used many programs, my best results have been with JuggernautAI and that’s why I am on my 5th year with them. Can’t wait to see what other features they add next.

Awesome…but missing some basic features
First off, I love this app. The workouts are challenging but I don’t need 1,000 spreadsheet anymore to build my plans. This is kind of “set it and forget it.” The program is hard, but if you’re honest about your RPEs and other inputs, it’s all doable. It pushes me in just the right way and I’ve gotten more gains with this than on any other app I’ve tried.

My biggest complaints are just that it’s missing some features I think all fitness apps have nowadays:
- No Apple Health (or any other app) integrations. This makes it a pain if you’re a multi-sport athlete. I am constantly, manually entering stuff into Strava and Apple Health
- No rack calculator. I have to use another app for that
- No workout timer. I have to manually set a timer to know how long I worked out
- No volume summary at the end of my workouts (related to the first point; I have to manually track all this stuff)

So in summary, the app took away all the effort and time put into workout planning, but traded it off for manually tracking all my numbers *after* every workout. Still worth the money imo for the program, but for such a high price, I do expect more of the common features most fitness apps consider table-stakes.
