Fantastic Pilates Workouts!
In the past year I’ve tried several popular online Pilates workouts, and I have to say that Pilates with Kerstin is hands-down my favorite. First, I’m pretty fit, and I’ve done my share of Pilates, and I am good & properly sore after doing Kerstin’s mat routines. I can feel myself growing stronger and more toned! Second, while it’s often advertised that Pilates is a sustainable, low-impact exercise, so many of the online Pilates workouts that I tried were filled with burpees, jump squats, and other high-impact movements. As someone who’s dealing with structural issues in both feet and can do no jumping of any sort, I really appreciate the more classical Pilates focus of Kerstin’s workouts and how truly low-impact (and yet incredibly effective) they are. Kerstin’s Pilates routines have become my go-to morning workout — they’re the real deal and I’m really hopeful she continues to develop new routines and content!

This app is changing my life.
I am in my third week of doing Pilates workouts on the app and I just completed my FIRST intermediate 30 min full body workout!!

It’s so crazy!!! On the 13th of June I could barely do all the exercise in the 15 minute video, they were so hard!! But I have felt so much stronger every freaking day. I have never felt like I’ve had progress like this, this fast, with any other kind of exercise. And I’m not even killing myself working out- last week because of the holiday I barely even did anything. I think like one 30 minute one! Pilates is helping me feel stronger in every facet of my life. It’s freaking life changing.

She posts weekly workouts that make it so easy, you don’t even have to scroll to figure out what workout to do so you don’t waste time deliberating like on other workout apps. I am suggesting this app to everyone I know. Seriously.

Sore everyday
I have only been doing this for a few days so far BUT I am SORE. So so sore. I used to be the girl lifting for 2 hours everyday. I played two college sports and without them now that I am 23, lifting alone doesn’t cut it. These workouts? I look forward to. I don’t want to cry while doing them. I feel like I’m truly doing something GOOD for my body. Less strain. Less “effort” as in, no taking weights on and off all day. I can’t wait to check back again in a month or two with updates. I think I’ll be very pleased with the results.

This is the update: it works. Trust the process. Don’t overload yourself. Stick to it 3-4 times a week along with your steps (5-10k) and intuitive eating… you WILL see results !!!!

Starting over Newbie
I used to do Mat and Reformer Pilates years ago when I worked at a gym. I loved Mat most but job change and starting a family meant I just didn’t have the time and I got away from classes. Now, in my 40s, my joints are telling me that pounding workouts aren’t an option, so I wanted to get back to Pilates but not join a gym or studio. After following Kerstin for awhile on Instagram, I decided to try the app. I love it! It’s just what I needed! Her instruction is easy to follow, there’s plenty of variety in the available workouts, and I feel stronger and more balanced in just a few weeks! Thank you for the app!

love her workouts on the app and her energy over on IG!! so kind and her workouts are so challenging and easy to do anywhere and at any time of day! also love the variety :)) and love that she has so many different movements so i never get bored… since i’ve found her ive developed such a love for being in touch with my body and feeling more connected to my muscles as they get stronger!! it’s helping me love my body more which has been so life changing through my eating disorder recovery <33 also love that it’s low impact as i have a stress fracture in my foot

Pilates
I am completely new to pilates. I just completed her 4 week beginner program. Loved it. Now doing a mix of beginner and intermediate classes. I like how she has a calendar that tells you what to do each day so I don’t have to even think about what I should do that day. Also if you’re someone who doesn’t like HIIT and similar classes, give pilates a try! This is the first program I’ve done that I truly enjoy and even look forward to… thanks Kerstin

All level including advanced!
I really love this app and Kerstin’s workouts. She includes all levels, so depending on the day and my strength, I feel like there is always a workout I can find that I’m excited to do. The strength I’ve gained from these Pilates workouts has helped tremendously in my day to day life - less back pain at work (because I have core strength), better balance when hiking, and better ability to engage my gluten and hamstrings to protect my knees.

Long time runner
I’m 47 and after years of running my joints began to bother me. This past March I started Pilates by Kerstin doing her weekly workouts. I started seeing results in 8-12 weeks. I’m in better shape now then I ever was with running. I can completely see a difference in my arms, abs, and legs. I always look forward to when you post the weekly workouts to see what I’ll be doing. Thank you so much!

Great at home program
I’ve been doing yoga for 40 years. My back has issues and my doctor recommended Pilates to help strengthen my core. I looked at lots of apps and this one was highly rated. I’m surprised at how challenging the beginners classes are as I’m sore. But I love that my back is better, my strength level now matches my level of flexibility. You do need to have a base level of fitness for her programs.

absolutely amazing workouts. i’ve tried other pilates trainers, nothing compares to kerstin's workouts. relaxing and low impact, but always a challenge making it sustainable and something i look forward to. the only thing i would change is a way to create your own folders to organize workouts you add to your library. thank you to kerstin for such awesome content!!
