In the past year I’ve tried several popular online Pilates workouts, and I have to say that Pilates with Kerstin is hands-down my favorite. First, I’m pretty fit, and I’ve done my share of Pilates, and I am good & properly sore after doing Kerstin’s mat routines. I can feel myself growing stronger and more toned! Second, while it’s often advertised that Pilates is a sustainable, low-impact exercise, so many of the online Pilates workouts that I tried were filled with burpees, jump squats, and other high-impact movements. As someone who’s dealing with structural issues in both feet and can do no jumping of any sort, I really appreciate the more classical Pilates focus of Kerstin’s workouts and how truly low-impact (and yet incredibly effective) they are. Kerstin’s Pilates routines have become my go-to morning workout — they’re the real deal and I’m really hopeful she continues to develop new routines and content!
