Loving postpartum!
I bought the pdf version when I was pregnant and used a little bit was hard to read/ follow while also trying to reference the technique for the moves. The app came out at the end of my pregnancy and I have been using it for postpartum to get back into shape. It’s been great! I haven’t used the stronger by the day app so I don’t know how they compare but this is really basic, kinda like the peg in app for. Doesn’t have as many bells and whistles as other apps I use but the meat is there which is tell me what to do, show me how to do it, and I can check off reps and see how many reps I did last time! It’s feels like it’s meeting me exactly where I’m at, so I want to keep working out!

Love the program, app needs improvement
I love this program. I used it before the app was available during my pregnancy.
However, I find the app to be very frustrating. I’m using the postpartum program and it won’t let me move on from stage 2 week 1. Even though I’ve completed the week.
I wish the app was more user friendly and provided the ability to do the program at your own pace. The weekly notes say things like “if this stage feels like too much, repeat weeks within stage 2 as needed” but it won’t allow me to pick my own week.
In order to choose your stage you have to make up a new due date and go through the list of pregnancy phase questions repeatedly until it puts you in the stage you want. Even so, you have to start at week 1 of that stage.
Please allow the ability to set your own pace and pick your own stage/week as needed.

Love this program — 10/10 would recommend mama
As a first time expecting mama and power lifter, I knew I wanted to keep strength training during pregnancy but I had no idea where to start. This program is so well-designed and easy to follow — I love that they incorporate expertise from OBGYN and pelvic floor physical therapists. I have learned so much! The app gives you your workouts customized to what week of pregnancy you’re in and include all warmups as well as video demos if needed. The breathing techniques especially are different from what I was used to in powerlifting — I’m so glad I invested in my & my baby’s health with this program!

Amazing prenatal and postpartum program!!
I was hesitant to start this program as it launched when I’m already in third trimester. But I am so so glad I did!! It’s incredible to not have to think about what pregnancy modifications I need to make for a workout. It meets you where you’re at in pregnancy down to the week and day you’re in. It has both a full gym and a body weight program. And on top of it all it comes with resources and videos to further your pre/postnatal fitness education. Highly recommend this program

Programing + pregnancy timeline
I love this app! It works so well, has so much information, and you can easily substitute exercises with similar ones better suited for you. The programming is also awesome! It takes into account limits throughout the pregnancy while also making you still feel like you’re training/working out.
My pregnancy timeline doesn’t perfectly match up with the program timeline so it took a bit for me to figure it out. For example, I would be ready for Day 4 of the program week, but the program changed to accommodate my new pregnancy week so I would be back to Day 1.

Fantastic program!
This app and program is truly fantastic! I normally run Stronger By the Day and love it. I ran this program while I was pregnant and postpartum with my first and LOVED it. It kept me active and made me feel confident that I could lift safely. Now that I am trying to conceive again, I am SO EXCITED that the app is out because I know this program is aligned with my current goals and my goals/lifestyle for the next year plus. I’m so thankful for the program and now I am STOKED the app is here.

I love it BUT …
So i love this app & the program so much, one things that really bothers me is that the program updates with each week & there’s no access to the previous week’s workout split. So sometimes i won’t be able to finish my 4th day because the app shuts my program & im not able to complete it at my own timing.

I reallyyyy hope an updated version will be released with access to previous weeks so that I can stay on track & not have to screenshot my workout to be able to do it & to actually be able to log it in the app

Best Workout App Ever
As a new mom, who was clueless when it came to pelvic floor strengthening, plus+1 post partum program really helped to bring back my energy and confidence levels while also strengthening my core/pelvic floor! I just feel so strong and healthy, even if I’m not lifting as heavy as I was pre-baby. The set up, exercises chosen and super set combos are just amazing. The Most Comprehensive Program
For my first pregnancy, I used a patchwork of prenatal and postpartum programs with little to no consistency.

For this pregnancy, I stayed consistently active thanks to the simplicity and clarity of this program. Now that I’ve completed the prenatal and postpartum program, I actually miss my daily morning walk and workout from my pregnancy. Also as a RYT with Yoga Alliance, I appreciate the wealth of information on breathing and body changes during pregnancy.

Okay - Could be better
Purchased this for myself for Mother’s Day. Have been lifting for years and am currently pregnant with my first. I wanted to try a prenatal specific program to ensure I was doing all I could for specifically pelvic floor. I’ve been using it for the last few weeks and am pretty disappointed. It seems very tailored to brand new lifters, even though it claims to be for anyone (always a limit to that claim). It could be so much better. Will end up trying to use it postpartum since I paid the $150.
