Would give 5 stars but the recent update removed too much
The app of great but the recent update removed the ability to upload and maintain the integrity of the 9:16 size leaving the square size as the only option.

Great except keeps crashing
I’ve used this app for a few months now and it was very user friendly. I enjoyed the captions and converting my podcast into a graphic for marketing. Unfortunately the last couple months the app hasn’t worked for me at all. I have a pro account and pay for the upgraded version and will be canceling my subscription. I’ve paid for two months for something that isn’t working and keeps crashing. I’ll have to look for something else. Disappointed because I really liked it. Two stars because it was great and I hope with some advancements on your app it will get better.

Good and not so good
I’ve had this app for a bit now and sometimes it downloads quickly but others it’s lagging. I’ve had to completely delete it from my phone twice now and reinstall and then re-establish the pro subscription I paid for. The download speeds are a bit frustrating but I’m keeping it since I already purchased for the year. It was fine when I tried it at first. I’m not sure what’s going on now. It definitely can take a lot of time now and that isn’t feasible usually.

Transcription feature crashes app & issues w selection box
I paid for the subscription for the transcription feature, and it crashes the app every time. My selections are small, just a couple mins at most, so it shouldn’t be overwhelming to the program to crash it.
The selection box also gives me issues. If I try to zoom in to adjust the selection bar, the “time end” side glitches and says it’s at a negative time. Super frustrating when I paid for the premium.

Crashing
It seems you all have made an update, but it keeps crashing when I try to open the app. I have been using this app for 3 months now and this seem to be a more recent issue. If this is not resolved ASAP, I would like my 6 month fee prorated and refunded back to me so I can get another app. I really do like this one over many others, but I need it to work to promote my podcast. It doesn’t help me if it doesn’t work.

I like it but needs improvement
I have been looking for an app like this one for quite some time.
Got excited when I installed it a few minutes ago. However, I used it once and the app closed suddenly ..., could not save the video. After restarting the phone it worked and was able to save one video. When I tried to create a second video the app closed unexpectedly.
At this point I am uninstalling the app and hope it gets fixed soon.

Could be better
I was excited to use this tool in order to promote my podcast. And then I started using it. I paid for a subscription and noticed how lacking this app is. The first time I used it, it kept crashing. It doesn’t save anything between steps while your working on a new video, you can’t edit a photo that you import in. I also tried to do the auto-gram feature and I haven’t received any of them. Kind of feels like I wasted $40 for the 6 month option.

I really want it to work
Great concept, simple interface, nice visualization options, if only I could save a project. It worked exactly once before never allowing me to finish and save another. Every time I try to save it just freezes at 0%. Really unfortunate that there is no pop up to indicate why this might be happening. I have redownloaded it few times to see if that will work with no luck.
