PointClickCare's ChartPic application allows care providers to capture resident photos for the purposes of identification. Simple and clean
New layout is clean and simple to use. Now the bad. Cannot open the pictures within the app, this makes it difficult to manage old and new pictures from within the app. Please add the ability to open from within the app. Five stars await.

Great app, but has minor flaw
Love using the app, but please fix it to where you can add picture from a file. You try to do this and the app closes.

Pixel quality is terrible
App is relatively easy to use but you cannot see the pic you just took in the app. That’s a definite design flaw. My phone camera takes awesome pictures but the images that come through in PCC are super low-res and blurry.

Good concept but resolution of pictures are poor

Cannot use app
After attempting to log in the app force closes. I’ve installed and reinstalled and still have this issue. iPhone XS Max on sprint network on iOS 12.1.3

Stopped working
I have never had issues with this app and found it easy and handy. Now I just get an error code and it closes. Please fix ASAP
