Perfect
There’s a lot to learn when you complete your bucket list & buy a new Porsche. Sure, I read the complete owners manual when my Boxster was delivered, but at 70+, the RAM in my head isn’t as powerful as it once was. This app makes it easier than pulling out the owners manual every time you have a question about your new Porsche (‘13 & up models only) and some features that only a Porsche could have. Great app for a great car.

Porsche lack of support with Owner’s Manuals
As other reviewers have noted, new owners are sent an email saying the “Good to Know” app is useful for downloading owners manuals. When you click on the link Porsche has sent the web page says you now need the My Porsche app update to download the manuals. After clicking on that link the response is, “this is no longer supported in North America”.
Seriously, the consolidated paper owner’s manual provided with the Macan purchase seems to have an index that refers to “Digital Manual” references for more than half of all car operations, but the catch is Porsche doesn’t provide it to owners. We’re just left out in the cold… the app doesn’t work at all…. very disappointing support…

Great app!
Exactly what was promised. Just bought a new Macan and downloaded the app. Entered my vin number and pics of my exact car, down to roof rails are displayed. On-line owner manual is pretty cool. A bunch of videos to visually explain car functions are a huge help.
A little confused about other reviews using an app review to express opinion about car functions. I got the app for a new purchase not historical data. Very satisfied with this app.

Ease of use
The good to know app is very helpful especially when lookimg for a specific item. Easy to find rather than the paper manual for a quick study of an item. Still need the paper manual in case you are somewhere without cell service. 5 stars

Simple and Intuitive
The app provides all the vehicle information an owner would need (with one caveat, see below) in a simple and intuitive UI. Kudos to the developers for not over complicating the app.

Must have!
This is a great app - 5 star- and essential to have on hand. I actually enjoy just reading it and watching the videos. It's rare that I have to seek additional info elsewhere. If you have a Porsche, you'll want this!

Better than the service department!
Get in my 2020 Macan. Get car doesn’t recognize key alert. Called dealership where the tech totally pointed me in the wrong direction. Looked up emergency key on this app and bingo problem solved.

I love the app, one problem
I love this app! Very helpful. Cannot access any information as whenever I click on a vehicle in the selection it takes me back to a blank home page. I would love to be able to use this app again and will update my review once it is fixed.

Does not work
Cannot progress to manual. Infinity ask to choose a model. I already have downloaded manuals. No way to get access to the information.

I’ve been using the new version for a bit now and it’s working great. I wish all car companies had one of these.
