Review of router ‘vision’
It has been great! Reliable. Subtle. The only issue I have with this one is there is an audible click when it switched to night vision. Not conducive to quiet surveilling

App problems
Had to reset camera to get it to connect to my husbands phone. Next day the app kept crashing. I deleted it and reinstalled it and now I can’t even connect. I deleted the camera from the app and added it again and still no connection and it crashes after seconds of opening it. Wrote to the developers and no answer. So disappointed because it’s on my son’s bedroom and I can’t see him now.

App works with this camera
This was one of those leap of faith buys. I really didn’t want to spend a whole lot of money so I bought this little camera and surprise, it works very well. The app makes it all come together. So far so good.

On last update - Not good
I love these cameras and app. It’s worked great for me for a long time. But on this last update, now the screen shuts off after 5 seconds. It happens on all my phones. I deleted app and re installed. Doesn’t work. Now this app and the camera are useless.
Pls fix ASAP. I use these cameras daily and it’s very upsetting. If it’s not fixed soon I will need to buy a different camera. Pls help fast. Thanks.

Crashing
I am having the same problem with the app crashing after a few seconds. But I was having the problem with the previous version as well which worked for me for months before it started crashing. I updated to the latest version hoping that would fix the problem, but it did not.

Picture and video
I would take pictures and videos and saved before, but, after update I couldn’t take the picture or video . It push me to paid for cloud storage. There is not option to use my phone 256 Gb storage.
It is not necessary purchase cloud storage as long as I have big storage on my phone.

Application works pretty... i wish it came with more explanation of the buttons. It’s fairly easy to figure out but I feel like it wud be more useful with a little more explanation of how to utilize the buttons.

For the last couple of days we have major problems reviewing provision PnV2 cameras recording in my dad’s house in Israel. Since a couple of days ago, probably after your latest update, we hear constant static noise instead of normal voices. Please address this issue

Used to be good
We have used this app every night for 2 years. It worked perfectly. Then, the last update happened. Now, like other have said, it will stay on for all of 5-10 seconds, then the app will force close on its own. This is across 3 different devices. Please fix this ASAP.

Trouble connecting
Having trouble connecting again after it got offline on its own. I tried several times. Reset and even uninstalled my PnV2 apps and installed again. Still didn’t work. Now my camera is still offline and connection failed. Someone help!
