On QALY, get your ECGs read by experts within minutes.

All ECGs analyzed by certified cardiographic technicians - trained and certified to read ECGs for palpitations and abnormal heart rhythms like Afib, SVT, PVC, PAC, PR Interval, QT Interval, and more.

Join 100K+ heart heroes signed-up with QALY, the only app where human experts analyze ECGs from your Apple Watch, Fitbit Watch, Withings Watch, KardiaMobile, or any other device within minutes, day or night.

QALY is built by Stanford engineers and physicians, including Dr. Marco Perez, Stanford Associate Professor of Medicine and Stanford Clinical Cardiac Electrophysiologist.

----

QALY members stay heart healthy:

“I would like to thank everyone reading the ECGs on QALY. Because of QALY, I went to my doctor and was diagnosed with SVT and was told it was probably never an anxiety disorder. I have lived 15 years of hell thinking I was having intermittent panic attacks and agoraphobia. Getting set up for an ablation. I will be forever grateful.”

— Marcie D. from Alabama

“QALY was so helpful in quickly identifying signs of a potentially serious heart condition … Without QALY, I would have blown off the ECG and maybe shown it to my primary care doctor at my next appointment a few months away.”

— Lori B. from Virginia

“My Apple Watch categorizes my arrhythmia as normal or inconclusive, which makes me question what I’m feeling. Without QALY, it would’ve taken me another 6 months to a year to take this to a doctor. With QALY, I gained valuable information. QALY is the key.”

— Jessi I. from Washington

necklacebabe,
Look no further if using the ECG of Apple Watch
I have had arrythmias most of my adult life. When I heard the Apple Watch 6 had the capability of recording and interpreting the ECGs I switched from my Samsung Galaxy watch to Apple. Over a two week stretch the watch said that I had had over 45 episodes of Atrial Fibrillation. I was so concerned I sent some of these strips to my cardiologist who them told me that they weren't. Because I didn't want to worry nor wonder if indeed I was in AFIB, I looked for an app that used real technicians and not an algorithm to read the ECGs. Luckily, ReadMyECG was at the right time for me . Now, instead of bothering my Dr this app receives the watches report and ECG Strip and if I choose to have them interpret the ECG, they do it within 24 hrs of sending it to them. The technicians have debunked all but 4 of the 81 reports of AFIB. This app also tells me what is specifically happening with my rythym. I've gotten a great education in so far as I'm not nervous anymore with what's going on with my heart's rhythm. The other beauty of this app is that it is so easy to use, a child can do it. The new update goes beyond expectations. It is elegant and beautifully arranged. Bravo to READMYECG. Definitely worth the money!!
MSM713,
Best peace of mind for your❤️
Out of nowhere I started having V-tachs. After 10 days in the hospital, every heart test imaginable, and hearing life threatening, catastrophic in sentences, I had a cardiac ventricular ablation. I was freaked and every little weird heartbeat sent me into a panic. At first I’d send my Apple Watch ECG to my EP doctor but then I felt silly as he’d need to reassure me what was going on. ReadMyECG gave me back some control letting me know what my weird beats were, stating if they were within a normal range and giving me some much needed information about my heart. Recently I had an appointment with my cardiologist and showed her some of my reviews from ReadMyECG. She agreed with the reviews and for what I was using it for. Peace of mind obtained. I owe this app so much! I’d encourage you to try it out for 1 month. The cost is nothing given the fear I lived with not knowing and the peace I gained! ALSO, the owners are always upgrading it making it better and more useful. I’m hopeful I won’t need to use it due to my heart issues subsiding, until then THANK YOU ReadMyECG!!!

Life saving
There’s little time in the medical field even though every patient is important. And time with providers, costs money. The more time you need with a doctor(s), the more expensive it is. The less time you spend = more money saved. This app helps me spend less time and save more money. Heart holster monitoring is expensive without insurance and I can send one of my watch recordings that was tech reviewed on this app to my cardiologist when I’m worried about something. This app helps me differ when a flutter in my chest is something more serious or just a flutter I don’t need to be scared about. It can offer great ease of mind to someone with a heart condition. But also, please talk to your doctor before using this app. It could cause unneeded anxiety if you’re monitoring something that doesn’t need to be monitored. Technology is awesome. But don’t let it consume you.
Kingdaddy2000,
Tried it, and submitted my ECG. Their answer was completely wrong
They can’t read an ECG! Be careful using them.

————————

I started in persistent AFIB 2 months ago, validated first by my Apple Watch and second by a doctor. I have been cardioverted twice in attempts to fix it. I got this app to see what it would show and I ran an ECG and submitted it for analysis. The answer I received did not mention AFIB, a critical mistake so I sent a message about that. Here’s the second answer: —————— I double-check with the team. It's Sinus Arrhythmia with slightly wide QRS (144ms). Apple Watch from time to time will show false Afib analysis. Happen to me personally as well, it also end up being Sinus Arrhythmia :) ————- I wrote again and told them once again they’re wrong, that I can confirm I’m in AFIB. They had someone else review it for a 3rd time, and this time responded with: —————- My head reviewer just confirmed that the reading you had sent us was indeed AFib. She confirmed the reading had no clear P waves and has an irregular rhythm, thus confirming AFib. Sorry for getting this one incorrect the first time. ——————————— So the problem here is, you can’t trust the answer! That’s very concerning.
ChristyDavidson,
Life Changing
I truly feel this app can save lives! It lead to me finally being diagnosed with SVT and POTs after years of suffering. I was misdiagnosed and lived with my heart conditions for years. When I got the Apple Watch 6 with the ECG feature, I kept getting high heart rate notifications. I used the ECG feature, but I had no idea what it meant or how to read it. That’s when I found this app and submitted my ECG and received my life changing reading from the professionals. My cardiologist confirmed what I had been told from the professionals that read my ECG and 2 months later I had a ablation and have had no more SVT attacks! I am forever grateful for this app! Life changing!
daunity,
Subscription price is shockingly high.
TLDR: subscription prices have become outrageous compared to the past. It used to be a great service. Now it’s cheaper to look elsewhere.

I joined in with the beta of this application well before it was ever released. The developer sought out people on Reddit to assist with testing and I saw it grow from a very basic program to something helpful to those who wanted a better explanation of what their Apple Watch was telling them.

After that beta, and once released, the subscribe prices seemed to shift around but on average we’re very fair, few bucks a month for something I used only once in awhile.

I just decided to take a look today, not having submitted one in many many months. I noticed he has changed the name to the App /again/. I also noticed I wasn’t paying a subscription. I went to “renew” only to see he has increased it to over $30/mo or almost $200 a year.

I am shocked and disappointed. The product was sound and a great tool. I understand getting your return back for time you put in developing, and paying folks to review the strips, but unless you’ve been forced to take on massive liability insurance costs it seems a bit like you’re over-milking the cow.
Lyric Ren,
Trying to cancel subscription is strange
I was using QALY when I needed a piece of mind since I did not know what was the cause of my cardiac events. I had tried out the free trial period for their trial subscription but eventually canceled because I was able to find a cardiologist. I had cancelled the trial subscription in the settings app where all other app subscriptions would be for Apple. However doing that does not actually cancel the subscription. You have to actually go into the QALY app to cancel the subscription there or else you will be charged even if you do cancel under your subscription tab. I liked the service I received and it was great having a piece of mind when I did not know what was causing my heart issue, but I wish I was just told that in order to cancel subscriptions it had to be through their app instead of being charged.
amregal,
Great app
Just subscribed to ReadMyECG and sent over my first ECG. I was very impressed by the detailed read of my ECG. My ECG had a lot of issues and the issues were notated and information was provided that explained generally what each notation meant. Levels of severity of issues was clearly and easily highlighted. I feel that this review will enable me to better discuss my symptoms and experiences with my EP. I often feel unheard in my visits to my cardiologists. I hope this additional knowledge will enable me to better engage them. Having other eyes on my data may challenge them to pay better attention. Well worth the subscription price.
Alliiieee5821,
Extremely beneficial for some heart conditions
This app is very easy to use, and the technicians read and report back to you very promptly about the ecg you have submitted. They are very friendly and helpful as well. Unfortunately, this app didn’t work out for me on no fault of its own, but because the Apple Watch ecg lead is not best at detecting the heart conditions I have been recently diagnosed with. I already was aware of my tachycardia condition that this ecg will detect. If you have a heart condition that will show up on lead 1 of an ecg such as AFib - I can see how this would be extremely helpful for you and would recommend it 100%.
Loreodaoreo,
Awesome app!
I’ve been using this app since it was in beta testing and it has really been great! It has helped me to identify several heart rhythm issues that have later been confirmed with my cardiologist and electrophysiologist. I had an episode of a potentially very serious heart rhythm that, without this app, I would have potentially blown off but the guidance from the professionals who interpret the ecgs encouraged me to talk to my doctor. This app is user friendly and constantly being update with new features. Would recommend to anyone with an Apple Watch who is concerned about their heart health or even who just wants to learn more. I’d give more than 5 stars if I could!
