App won’t open
Any guess when the app will start working again? The excitement use to be to see if there were pictures of animals now the excitement is to see if the app will open without having to delete and reload. This was(and I am sure will be soon) a great app to use.

Great for Monitoring Remote Construction
We are using the camera on Timelapse mode to monitor our construction site because our
site is too remote for us to visit very frequently. Works great and pictures are perfect, we just wish there was a way to monitor on a desktop computer to view bigger photos and/or to select and delete groups of photos at one time through the app because we are taking pics every 15 minutes and often need to delete about 40 photos a day after logging progress and it is kind of tedious one at a time. Great app though!

Weird image formatting
The latest update created a weird formatting issue that did not exist previously. When images are displayed in rows of 3, the first and second images from left are both displayed as the same size. However, the third image (far right) is stretched to make it fit the screen. It’s still functional, but it makes the app appear clunky. This is on IPhone 12 Pro running IOS 16.1.

Good customer service
I had a problem with this APP opening. A quick call to customer service (based in the USA) helped solve the problem.

Kick out of app
Had to delete and re-download app 4 times this week just to view pictures on my 2 cell cameras. Don’t know if I’m losing pictures and frustrating to have to keep deleting and downloading for cameras that are double if not triple the cost of other cameras especially after I add the solar chargers to the package. Get it together RECONYX.

Bug about deleting individual pics from my prior review was fixed in the current update. It’s pretty much perfect for me now. No complaints.

Touch ID
App works well. Would be nice not to have to sign in every time and just use Touch ID or face recognition on iPhones or allow it to remember me on this device.

Last update
Just downloaded last update and noticed a significant slowdown in opening the app, very slow when changing accounts and loading photos. 13 pro with latest IOS

Was good; now broken
In order to use on my iPhone I have to delete and reinstall every time I want to check the camera. Worked great before the upgrade. Also works fine on iPad and PC browser.
