Regence Empower Hack 11.5.0 + Redeem Codes

The health assessment freezes if you leave the app screen to do something else. When you go back it says it might take some time and you get a spinning wheel. Even after 10-15 min it doesn’t come back and even if I close the app and reopen I can’t get back into the health assessment.

Some of the content is actually alright although last year the health assessment calculated my BMI from my 9 months pregnant weight and suggested programs for me to lose weight 😆

I wish I could write an actual review. Sadly, I can’t. Not a single time that I’ve tried to log in have I EVER gotten the app to work. So I honestly don’t have a clue about how it works, if it does, etc. because from my experience thus far, it doesn’t even fully boot and log me in. Gets stuck. I’ve had the app installed for several months now and not once has it worked.

1. I click on the app to open it.
2. I get a screen asking for the 4-digit pin I created earlier.
3. I type that in. It automatically advances me to whatever is supposed to come next after typing in the 4th digit.
4. Then I get a totally white screen with a blue “spinning circle” type icon/button in the center. Like it’s thinking and trying to do something but is stuck and can’t. Seriously, it’s similar to the “blue screen of death” for older tech users to compare to lol.

The first couple times this happened I just rolled my eyes and force quit the app. Didn’t have time to dink around. But attempt #3,4,5 and 6 I had plenty of time. I logged in per same as above, got the white screen. Set my phone on the tray in front of me on my cross trainer, started and completed a quick 20 minute session. Not once did those circles stop, change, disappear and not once did the app screen load for me. So, yup.

And this is required by my health plan if I want rewards (who doesn’t!!!)

C’mon guys. It can’t be that hard.

I just updated the app (again) but cannot enjoy the new features because it never loads. It’s maddening because I can’t do my tracking for the habits I’m trying to build with the challenges you can do. So the only time I can access this wellness is through the website. And that’d be fine…ish, but the Regence app pushes me to this app, not the site. Nice in theory, terrible in practice.

Even worse? They’ve turned off the reporting feature through the Apple App Store. So short of writing a review, there’s no way to get a fix.

And because I’m not seeing developer responses, I’m assuming reviews aren’t reviewed. At least not by OnLife. Regence should pick another vendor.

Unfortunately there doesn’t seem to be much support for this app; looking through other reviews show that others have the same issue, but the response back from Regence to reach out to customer support. Trust me, no one is going to reach out over an app not logging them when it’s probably a global bug.

You’d assume the login info should be the same as your normal Regence login, but it keeps giving an error message, and you can’t click on the “sign up” area or “forgot password”. The app is updated. I uninstalled it since it’s unusable.

Looking forward to a better product. This one is currently completely and entirely unusable. Unless your only aim is to login repeatedly and watch the spinning disc. It does reliably offer that feature.

I know you have a good idea here but it is time to take this down. Bring it back when it is fixed. It is currently having negative health effects on the folks trying to use it.
Please consider who your users are. We are your patients. We want to be, get, stay well.

My phone (apple) says it’s downloaded the app but it’s nowhere to be found on my phone. I even rebooted the phone and it’s still not showing. Update: this may have ended up being an issue with our WiFi. Once I turned it off I was able to download the app from the cloud. It still didn’t recognize my password and I had to reset it before I could finally login & create a pin. It would be great if the app had facial recognition capabilities to login.

This app it literally unusable, even calling it an app is a generous thing. All this is is a container browser for the mobile site, but worse because it doesn’t even work. IF you can get it to log you in (which you have to do every time, with No Face ID) it pops up with a big warning that you’re on an unsupported browser please use something else!! 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️ Like for real. 👎

I don’t know what they did in the last upgrade, but I haven’t been able to use the app since. I just get login failed. I can still login through the website but it’s not convenient on the phone. I’ve tried re-downloading the app a few times with the same results.

It is stuck on the entry page. When I was in it, just setting things up, I was disappointed that it doesn’t connect to my Apple fitness data. I don’t like how I need to visit this app often. It would be ideal for it to collect information that is already collected elsewhere.

You can’t even log in. The links to sign up or reset password don’t work either. Overall seems like a very cheaply made and glitchy app. No need for the developers to respond to me with their canned responses they are giving everyone else, they should know what’s wrong with this app by now.
