Horrible
I was so excited that I was finally able to see my loved one. After being told it doesn’t work on phones, I installed it on my iPad. Did a test call and it went thru. Great, right? WRONG. Just like every other review, the call came thru and I excitedly hit accept, only to be met with a white screen and my lovely face in the upper corner for a few seconds. No sound, no video, nothing. Why is this app even a thing?! I’d rather drive the 3hrs to see them then to wonder if a call is going to come through. Do not install this app. Please fix this issue.

Garbage app
If I could rate this app lower I would, out of the 20 video calls he has tried to place we have gotten 1 to go through, it charges you even when the calls DONT GO THROUGH. It is absolutely horrible. We've tried it on multiple devices and it will not go through on ANY of them! This is literally the whole point of the app, if it can't do the one and only thing it's supposed to do what is the point of the app?

This app is awful. When trying to connect to a family loved one in jail and you can’t connect and you lose out on that connection and possibly the $$ it’s the worst app ever. Fix the connection issue/get it updated good grief

Disappointing
It only connects sometimes. I discovered that if you disconnect from WiFi it works better & actually connects the call properly. This app needs better service especially for what it’s for.

Feels like a scam
I don’t understand how you can charge so much and receive nothing. I haven’t been able to connect to not one video call EVER. I’ve even tried to use another person phone and it still doesn’t connect. Absolute rip off.

never connects and i’ve done test calls, don’t work. uninstall and reinstall app. remove number and re verify. phone and app are up to date. for this to be the only way to see a loved one, i wish it would WORK 🙃

Not good
This app has A lot of bugs we pay a lot of money to get disconnected I cannot see my loved one at times it’s working at times it’s not working! I mean they need to fix this app asap or give us our money back please!

This app is the worst. Shame on Burleigh county for allowing them to profit so much from a demographic of people that can’t really afford to be paying for this horrible ‘service.’
