Errors

I have written you guys numerous time to correct some problems . One no videos play ever , I’m never able to have my coins doubled, luck wheel disappeared n I can’t get my spin from completing the task . I bought 100, 000 for .99 cents , but you charged me over $5 ., n to add to this madness you owe me 400,00 coins or reimburse my card . You put up here a complaint from 5 years ago . You need to update that . I’m sure you have had more complaints recently. Patiently awaiting a reply you can easily fix this problem if you choose to . But as of now you won’t fix your errors. It’s Luke you are ripping the players off .

Love this game

Been playing since 2014. Relaxing yet addictive. 😜. For those that complained about costing too much to play may not understand that you should select search rooms and scroll to different levels as that will give you different coin cost options.

Recently been having trouble with connecting so not sure if they are having server issues but hope they fix soon.

HORRIBLE Customer Service

As you progress in the game you get blocked from rooms but there is no rhyme or reason and customer service can't give me an answer. It makes sense that you wouldn't be allowed in the beginner rooms but after buying tokens you'll get blocked from the more advanced one too but only sometimes. I literally will be blocked from the "Pro" room because "my skills are too advanced" then will be allowed in 5 minutes later after I've won another game. The response I get from customer service is very frustrating, it's like they've never played their game. And, they act like they've never heard of this issue when I know they have because of reviews on here.

Why Does It....

Cost so much to play a game? As much as I like Rummykub, I find this version so frustrating. I was down to under a 1000 chips so bought 50,000 more. The more chips I have, the more it costs to play a game. First it went from 50,000 to 43,000 for one game and then the next game went down to 33,000. When I had under 10,000, it took out less and less. It would be nice if Peak games would have a more comprehensive game description other than the meager FAQ sheet. Also, as a new player, how is it I end up in a room with players who have played well over a 1,000 games. For this dear developers, whose other games I have, you only get ONE star from me. Addictive

Addictive game. I loved rumikub as a kid and am so happy to find it as an online game. I like the timer so the game doesn't take too long. Looks like it is easier to move the pieces to the board from a PC than a mobile device. The magnifying glass when playing on my iPhone could be useful to some - but it makes it difficult for me to place pieces. I wish I could turn it off.
From my iPad everything works great!

No it does not cost too much!

This is just a little side game fun to play. Been playing since 2012. I hope that Zynga reconsiders and doesn’t take his game away. I do get kind of tired of the threats. I’m concerned about a pop-up that just came up and asked me to rate Rummy Plus and give me 10,000 coins, but it didn’t. Maybe because buying is blocked right now. Just please don’t shut it down. Thanks

Good, but . . .

I really like Rummy Plus. I only started playing 7 months ago and have played less than 250 games and have won less than 25% of the time. I finally accumulated over 20,000 chips and have been thrown out of Amateur level and put into Sharks. Believe me, I am no Shark. I would like to know why when I was allowed in the Amateur level that there were plenty of players there who had played thousands of games and had chips in the high hundred thousands, but now I am blocked. I find this very unfair

Whatever the the Other Players Issues are…

Whatever the customer issues are, I have very little loyalty to games which become increasingly difficult to play.

I won’t “pay to play” and there are DOZENS AND DOZENS of new games which come out all the time. I’m never at a loss for finding an entertaining game to play for free.

But…. I’ll jump ship if you make this game too difficult or unfair, or force me to pay (or watch an excessive amount of videos) to keep me playing.

You guys need volume participation to make this game a success, and I’m sure you make *quite* enough money from the real game addicts.

Just don’t forget, not everyone is willing to throw money hand over fist just to play a game.

When will it be updated?

I really enjoy playing this game! But there’s a few issues that should be fixed and addressed.
You can invite friends but can’t play with your friend? Because there’s a “coming soon” when you try to invite your friend to game. I’ve messaged the support through the app and got no response. Dose that need to updated and is just a big, or do you have to be a certain level to play with friends? it’s a good game but the reason I downloaded it was to play with friends.

Horrible customer service

I enjoy the game play, but I play connected to WiFi. None of my other devices seem to glitch out, but this app loses connection so much and causes me to lose coins. I have complained about this. They never want to reimburse my coins. They always just say nothing appears to be wrong on their end. I have lost well over 2million coins on this error and they don’t want to make it right. There are so many other versions of this game, your only hurting yourself. Will be taking my business elsewhere. Just know that they will not help you or listen to what your saying.
