mcmonagleno,
Easy to track, some faults
I really like this app to track my runs. It is simple does the math for me. However, it has some glitches that need improvement.
1. The “Weekly Summary” counts runs from Sunday through Sunday so when you look at the total miles it has an extra day (if you run on Sundays). If you toggle from one week to the next, the same run is counted in both weeks.
2. The Average Pace function just produces an average of all of your average paces in each run. So if you take a 1 mile run one day at a 5 minute mile and a 9 mile run the next day at a 10 minute mile, it says your average pace is 7:30/mile. When in fact you ran 10 miles over 95 minutes for a pace of 9:30/mile. Significantly different (even if my math isn’t spot on).
As long as you realize those two imperfections and don’t rely on them to track your progress and data, the app is perfect :)

Almost there
A few things would dramatically improve this app. First, test it on iPhone 5. Data entry is very difficult because the dialog box is obscured by the keyboard. Put the the entry boxes at the top of the screen to eliminate this problem. Also I usually run outside so high contrast colors would be better for the sun. Another great addition woud be to tag a day as the day you got new sneakers. I like know how many miles are on my shoes when I am thinking of replacing them. I run with my dog, and I tag those days as "group run". It would be great to easily see how many group miles I have done

Best Casual App I’ve found
I just wanted an app that I can record time and distance myself without just making a spreadsheet, but all over running apps I used seemed to want to do too much. The free version of this app though is perfect for wanting to just record your runs and even includes effort levels, can add notes, see weekly/monthly averages, and other simple things that are perfect for someone who knows their own training plan, or doesn’t use one, to record actual runs and evaluate results later.
Makayla_or_Mak,
Really like this app!
This is the first app I’ve found in which it has a calendar that tags the days you’ve been active to give you an overall view. I’ve been looking for a long time but I finally found one. Also, I like how it gives you the different input options. When I think about my training, that’s the information I want to look back at.

I would also suggest giving an input option on when you start a new pair of trainers and then track how many miles they go until getting a new pair.

Overall I really like this app!
Fonzoozal,
Just 1 Problem!!!
This app is really great but there's just one problem! My running weeks start on MONDAYS not SUNDAYS. Please have an option to change the day that the week starts, because when my coach or someone else asks "how many miles did you get in this week?", I have to subtract the Sunday mileage and add the next Sunday's mileage. I realize there hasn't been an update for over a year, but hopefully an update will come! Thank you very much.

Nice Running Overview
Found app via Google search. Installed, added some data, and really liked the overview of the month, especially the monthly pace. Nice color coded days.

Someone mentioned that the ads were annoying...these folks need some type of reimbursement for their time and effort. Plan on buying the ad free version as a "thank you" to the developers. I hope they implement the latest suggestions in the comment section. 👊🏾 ✌🏾
BrendanOG,
Great manual tracking app!
This is a fantastic app! I’ve used it to track all of my runs in 2020 through now. It allows for a single source to record all runs. I just transfer the route times from my GPS Watch as well as everything before then. Plus you can email these out to yourself as an excel spreadsheet! Super cool. I can’t recommend enough. Get it and use it! Thanks
4Irishmen,
Great way to track my training runs and weekly miles
Like the app for the most part. I have the free version. While my Garmin also tracks my miles, I like this because it allows me to study my weekly mileage and average space in an easy to read graph. My only complaint is that it doesn’t let me record when I do multiple runs in one day for training separately, I have to average them together

Review
I have only been using the app for a few days, so I will come back and update you in a few weeks. However, it has been a great addition to my runs and has already shown me a few of my weak spots by allowing me to reflect right after a run. Also, I can't lose these notes.

Running Log
I find it is the best way to keep track of my excise and running. I would tell people and my family and friends to use it. I would like to find away to transfer from my iPhone to my new IPad To keep both updtated. So they match.. Is their away or a newer running log in the App Store
