Scanmarker Air Hack 3.2.0 + Redeem Codes

It works well enough but is tricky about different fonts and messes up a lot of words. Though I don’t need it in a daily basis as of yet I feel sure that this will be helpful and a real time saver considering I have adhd and slow typing skills when I go off to college.

Scanner works well enough and as expected based on other reviews. Also works well without Cloud processing (device in Airplane mode). This is big for me as I would use to scan “notes” while reading on a plane. The biggest drawback is that the app’s Share function only exports as an email attachment, to Dropbox, and to Google Drive. At minimum please add Evernote support and the clipboard (!). Better yet, implement the iOS system share sheet so text can be sent to many other installed apps and services by the user. This improvement would be 4 stars for sure from me, maybe 5.

I’m sure from some videos you guys know the potential on how GOOD a product like this CAN be. But as the old saying goes, if it’s too good to be true, it MOST likely is.

I have a 2021 iPad Pro running the latest iOS version as of the time of this review (iOS 15.5), it’s connected to the internet, and when I tried to pair the Scanmarker Air with this app it straight up FAILS and gives me the following error:

“Internet connection appears to be offline, check your connection and try again”

I ALREADY AM CONNECTED TO THE INTERNET! I needed to, to download and install the app. As with previous negative reviews I KNOW they’ll put in some ***generic apology*** response. But DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT! I’m going to try the scanmarker reader. But if it gets me the SAME result as this product, I’ll do everything in my power to let folks know to consider buying another product.

This pen works great for me. Most (not all) of the mistakes are because I’m not holding the pen right or going to fast or too slow. Not concentrating like I need to be. The support was absolutely awesome! They called me when I had a problem and even found the problem, that was on my computer and fixed it. I can’t say enough good about them.

I have to continuously delete and re scan text if I can scan more than a line. The chronology mixes up with the second line of text first. Extremely frustrating and time wasting. It occasionally pauses with "scanning" appearing at the bottom of the screen with no output. A delete command to erase the last scanned text is drastically needed, word by word is just another time waster.

I think that the air 7 and the app are really good, is would not say the accuracy is 100% but maybe 85% could improve but it’s already good enough as it rarely makes errores.

I have tried unsuccessfully to get help on two things.
(1) First I can’t get rid of the question mark in the middle of the screen . They keep telling me the same thing. To delete and redownload but all it does it redownload the already purchased app. There is no way to get rid of that.

They need to make the app update-able from within the already downloaded app.

(2) The scanner only works on large print fonts. it has to be the exact size to work effectively.

Note: So in essence i wasted my money on this crap product.
