Great app so far!
I just downloaded the app 2 days ago as a way to track my anxiety and any patterns to my anxiety attacks. It’s also great that the app can be used to track goals (like taking meds, going to therapy, going for walks). I really like it so far, I would definitely recommend this app to anyone who’s interested in tracking their mental health journey. Additionally, I appreciate the “panic” button. It basically initiated a timer to track your anxiety attack and I believe you can set up an emergency message feature that will send to selected contacts for when you push the button that lets them know that you’re struggling and then sends another message when you press the button to “stop”. It also utilized a cool feature in which you can do breathing exercises to help calm your panic while the mode is activated. I also really appreciate how simple the app is to use, it’s not too overwhelming!

Whoever made this app is amazing! I have spent the past few months trying to find a mental health app that works for me and there were some that were just okay but nothing comes close to this. I have fallen in love with this app in less than 24 hours! It has everything that I’ve really needed and have been looking for! AND THIS APP IS FREE!! Granted, this app has a few different features that do require payment but I think it is worth trying for the convenience if that’s something you want, but the fact that this app has privacy, audio/video/and text logs, the range of the checkins feels like you are speaking to a real person that actually gives useful information, emotion tracking, calendar formatting, anxiety and activity tracking! This app I’m sure helps so many people!🥰

I have trouble accessing my emotions or motivations. I use avoidance behavior to distract myself from having to figure out what I’m actually feeling. This app helps me check in and easily pinpoint what emotions I’m having or why I am doing the unhealthy things I do. It also has an AI chat that is basically like talking to a therapist. But free! I love that I can literally type anything and there’s not the fear of judgement that comes from an actual therapist. And it gives helpful answers back. It is a truly amazing idea.

Best App for Anxiety
I have looked for ages for a simple app. This is perfect. It tracks anxiety. Simply. It gets the job done with features you actually gonna use. I love that it is anonymous. It all stays on the device. I use it every day and I am seeing patterns. That helps a lot. The video and audio features are perfect. When I have attack I can barley type. Just making a video quickly is a life saver. You won't go wrong with this app.

Great App for Evaluating Mood Trends
For me, this App is extremely helpful in evaluating cause and effect in moods and anxiety. The Task page helps me remember to take daily actions which improve my life. I have also used the meditation and breathing options to help find calm after a stressful day. I particularly like the ambiance sounds (ocean, wind, birds, etc.) to help me go to sleep. I looked a long time for an App to meet my needs. Earkick does!

It helped me so much
I’ve only had the app for about 3 days and I am in love. It’s help me break through some really rough thoughts I’ve been having. It reminded me it’s ok to not be ok sometimes. And it’s super quick responses that help you in the moment. Especially when you have so much on your mind but you don’t know if you want to open up to anyone about it.

Very cool app
I like the ease of tracking functions a lot. Most apps have way too many functions that add nothing but confusion and overwhelm. This one does perfectly what it’s intended to do.

I’d really like to see a written journal function. I know you can voice record journal entries in the app, but I don’t feel comfortable talk about my anxiety in journal form while around other people. A written journal would be much more convenient for this reason.

I have been using this app for around a month and it has been great! I love the new features and how the panda responds to you. It really helps me and makes me feel like I’m ‘heard’.
