This app you do have to pay for but other than that this is such An amazing app!!! I’m starting to see results already and it’s amazing. I use this app everyday and they give u breaks in between and they give u different workouts to choose from and it works so well I suggest you use this if ur looking to build muscle or lose weight

The reason i’m giving this app only a four is because I really like it but the paying... i know that you need money to make the app work, but you have to pay for absolutely EVERYTHING! Maybe you could make a VIP thing so that people who don’t have money lying around can still use the app and the people who really want an enhanced experience can pay!

I love this app so much because you can pause the work out and you canMake a daily plan also you can see recipes and the recipes are amazing and healthy at the same time a five out of five recommend this app because it is wonderful and help so much with my weight loss journey.

They lied
I just got this app, and they sent a notification saying, and I quote, “Due to the COVID-19 outbreak, many people are avoiding gathering in large groups, which includes yoga studios and other fitness spaces. In order to help out, we are making all of our apps completely free until April 1. We hope that everyone will stay healthy and safe in these uncertain times.” Yet I go to use the app and I still can’t do any of the workouts unless I pay money. If you guys are trying to help out like y’all said then I highly suggest you update your app.

The workouts are simple yet hardcore. They have a beginners level and pro level depending on where you wanna be. I am at beginner because I think even beginner could help me by a lot. I got super skinny in 2 days. I used to have a muffin top and now you can hardly see it. If you just follow the steps then you can be very skinny.

LISTEN. Y’all other apps always ask for money and that is always, ALWAYS why I delete them. You could at least let us do some of the workouts. I got all hyped over nothing. With all the calories that I could just burn in 20 minutes in the app, I got SO excited. But NO. You guys had to ask for money and stuff like that. It’s just buying the app and pretending it’s free. Y’all need to fix or update this. I hope somebody finds this so the person that sees this doesn’t waste their time with this app just because it wants money.

AMAZING (DEFINITELY RECOMMEND)
THIS APP HELPED ME LOOSE A TON OF WEIGHT, since some gyms are close I definitely recommend this as a home gym but like if you’re working at the gym and you just stop what’s the point of using the app when you’re at the gym I would definitely recommend this to do at home or at a friends house!
