Pleasant Virtual Estimate Video with John
I just did the virtual furniture estimate with John. John was pleasant and was not in a hurry. He was professional and non-pressuring. His care came across which was a welcome gesture especially when you’re packing, stressed, sweating and everything that comes with moving. This is step number one we still have to see the estime and have them move the furniture to have a full picture of a review. If we choose to go with AB movers, I’ll be back for another survey/review. Thx.

Moving walkthrough
We were very pleased with our virtual experience with this apps for our moving thru Team Universal Relocations. The process was very easy and convenient, while being socially distanced. The video process allowed us to walk through our space and call out items while our moving company team Mr. Balaji took notes and screenshots of particular items of interest. A special thanks to Mr. Balaji & Team Universal Relocations and pick good apps that made everything easy during this uncertain time. ♥️

Quick, yet thorough and pleasant
Your agent, Aslak Lidtveit, was friendly and efficient. We had a little trouble getting connected because the text messages were not going through to my phone, but we stayed calm and worked through it with an email instead. He politely apologized for the inconvenience. I would recommend video surveys for moves to others. This is the first for us, and it was very easy.

Good When It Works
We tried 3-4 times and could jot get sound from my end. Tried to fwd meeting invite to another phone but it would not work.
Finally tried to go through the video consultation without good sound just using hand gestures to answer questions. After a few minutes our consultant said the sound picked up and he could hear us.
Video was adequate and screen rotation and torch features were very helpful. Overall ended up working well - eventually.

5 stars for both the app and the service
First off, the app is a great idea. Takes what would otherwise be a painful process (yuck, inventory) and turns it into a breeze.
On a somewhat more personal note, everyone I worked with at Shyft (as a company) was excellent. Friendly, easy to speak with, incredibly responsive, and easy to work with when issues arose. My cross-country move was MUCH easier than it would have been otherwise.

Awesome Mobile Moving App
The company that we had for the moving was very professional and this call quality was very professional and easy to work with. All the person had to do was send us an invite link and we went straight to the call. No hassling trying to input a link. Ten times easier than zoom. 11/10

Virtual Moves Survey
This is the first time that we have moved (we’ve moved a lot) where the walk through was done virtually. I must admit, I was pleasantly surprised. The walk through agent was very attentive, thorough, courteous, knowledgeable and professional. I also assume that this method is more efficient and allows moving companies to service customers safely and expeditiously. I’m a fan!
