Fixed some bugs concerning:

Also removed some features:
- Removed support for Global Stats (the service we used is outdated, but we'll be reintroducing this in another version with much better statistical information)
- Removed Apple Watch support since it seems like no one was using it, and keeping it up to date wasn't worth the time. There are no plans to reintroduce this later.

We'll be having a huge update coming out in mid to late 2017, so make sure to upgrade before then before the price goes up!

You've probably at some point wondered why you haven't been able to edit a card you've already done... now, you no longer have to wonder! We've added a new feature that allows users who have already filled out a card for the current day to be able to quickly and easily edit that card. No, it's not as well thought out as the original card filling out menu is, but it's something we've been thinking about for awhile and finally decided to integrate. Let us know if you want more added to that feature. Since it's barebones, it could use some work, but I'd rather not clutter it if it works fine as is. Other than that, here's what else we've added:

- New content added to PDF generation (You can now generate your Daily Log AND your notes in a PDF).
- Also finally added the ability to Export and Import your data. That way if you switch devices, or are going to restore your device to factory settings, or you are just worried about your data, you can manually export it two different ways!
- Added new customer support features
- Fixed a few small bugs

Hi everyone! Thank you for being patient! With the release of iOS 9, a few new bugs appeared which were hopefully all squashed. Keep us in the loop if something didn't get fixed. Other than that, probably the biggest new feature we're most excited about is Apple Watch functionality. If you own an Apple Watch, or plan on getting one, you can now do your Diary Card from your Watch. The best part about it is that instead of making this like the original card, where you have to fill out the entire card in one sitting, the Apple Watch app will let you go back and update the current day's card whenever you want. Not only that, but the current day's data is synced between your iPhone and your watch. So whether you fill out a card originally using the iPhone app or the Apple Watch app, you will always be able to keep working on it as you go!

That's not the only great feature, so here's a quick list of a few of the other ones:

Amazing but one fix
I love how it has all the skills and you can tell them moods and log it. I would really appreciate having a scale for each skill because it makes this app very hard to use. I sometimes try to use a skill like wise mind but then it doesn’t work. Having a scale even 1-5 so I know I attempted it but wasn’t successful or I didn’t try....as opposed to did or didn’t. That’s very black and white thinking which is the opposite of the goal of DBT. Please add a scale and this will be the perfect app.

I love this app, it has helped me with my BPD
To all the people on other reviews saying the bubble is too slow, you can unlock a flash card setting and simple diary card setting where you do not have to wait for the bubble. I think it unlocks those after using the app a few days. The only thing I didn’t like was that if you don’t pay for the premium version, you can only edit and look at the past weeks history (not anything past that.) I loved this app so much I went ahead and paid the $4 for the premium version. Now I can check my entire history and also watch all the videos on each skill. I really love that you can read about all the skills without having to open a diary card. This app has helped me to not have any bpd episodes in a whole month (I got it a month ago) which I have never been able to do!!!

Helpful and Efficient
I was doubtful of this app at first because it looked complicated to use and I thought that it would be bland and unhelpful. I was very wrong and pleasantly surprised. Unlike other diary card apps I have used, this app allows you to track all of your emotions, urges, and dbt skills in a detailed and efficient way. You can even add your own target behaviors. There are also explanations for each skill with examples as well if you do not understand what a skill is. There are so many helpful features. Thank you so much for putting so much detail into this app.

Missing half of the Diary Card!
This app unfortunately only has the back side of the “official” DBT diary card, where you note which skills you used that day. It might be good to continue using after you’ve completed a term of DBT, to stay refreshed on your skills. However, most people currently working on DBT would need the front side of the card, where you make notes about the day, track intensity of emotions such as Anger and Anxiety, and keep track of your weekly Target Behavior. Not sure why the app only has the back side.

Also, I found the bubble animation on each question to be a tad slow, especially if you were trying to enter a couple days at a time.

Excellent resource for BPD sufferers struggling to find resources
Any BPD sufferer knows how difficult it can be to find resources. Therapist won’t see us because of the diagnosis, BPD mental health professionals are hard to find and too expensive, DBT groups exist, but they are too far away or you can’t take the time off work. This app teaches all the skills of DBT and encourages practice with the easy and fun to complete diary cards. The skills and practice are doctrinal to the research Marsha Linehan, creator of DBT therapy. Give it a try. It’s a solid step in the right direction and it will help you.

This app helps me reset my mind and think of how when and to see reality . it helps me not change everyone but change or self soothe by removing myself . adult time out not being unkind to my mind . letting other have a opione and listing skills not feel overwhelmed. it’s a great learning tool and it can make a huge difference in one’s life even if you choose one or two and repeat them daily prayers lots of prayer go with these learning skills .

Please fix bug on classic diary card
A great app so far but unable to progress through tracking daily emotions on classic diary card as “continue” is grayed out at the bottom.

*EDIT: The error was mine. I was not choosing an answer for each emotion. Eg., if I did not experience the emotion of, say, envy for the day I was leaving that blank, rather than choosing 0 as my answer. All emotions must have a rating before being able to progress.

Clear-cut, effective, useful app
I never leave reviews but I really have benefited by this one. I’ve hated all other dbt diary card apps. This one I’ve stuck with for several months and will continue to use it. It’s simple and clear-cut. I can knock out my daily diary card in about 2 minutes and move on with my day. I also really like the videos that the developer makes. They’re applicable. Good app, I recommend it!

Best dbt diary card
In all my years of use of the App Store (which is, to say, a lot of years), I have never written a review in my recollection. Til now.

This diary card is much better than the last one I tried. It’s intuitive and it helps keep me on track. It’s been perfect for me.

Also, when I emailed for help, I got gifs back, so I was able to see *exactly* what to do. Thank you!

I’ve always had trouble filling out diary cards and sometimes, just couldn’t remember what each skill was exactly...with this app, I find the diary card a huge help, especially the very pertinent and gender equal examples. I actually want to practice these DBT skills because I can now fully sense how much they can improve my life.
