Isn’t working
I have had my drone for a while now and I had the app on a different phone a while back and it worked fine but now I have a different phone and every time I try to get it connected to my phone it says no internet connection and weak signal but it connects and when I go back to the app it doesn’t leave the WiFi setup part, can someone please tell me why it’s doing this and what do I do to get it to go on? I

Easy to set up
Installed on my iPhone 7. Using on my v2450fpv, Set up was pretty easy create a password sign into your WiFi and you good to go. Slight lag between phone and drone about a second but still can control. Shows altitude and battery life on screen. Tap the record button or take a picture with one tap. Works well with their viewer but I can’t see you flying and looking through the viewer at the same time it gets really complicated lol.

No WiFi
App installed immediately on my iPhone, but no skyvipervideo WiFi option appeared.
Figured out after much consternation that the camera must be activated with the battery in order to find the WiFi signal. After that, it was fine.
You techies probably consider this to be hookup 101, but some of us need clearer instructions. i.e.; 3. Connect battery to camera and go to WiFi set up.

This app is broken
I previously had this app on my iPhone 7 years ago but now I downloaded it again and it no longer works with the same steps but it previously worked perfectly but now on my iPhone 11 and iPhone 7 it no longer works and the last update this app had was 1 year ago and they don’t even reply to their customers when they ask for support and you can only ask for support through social media

Works amazingly well and has no problems
I have not noticed any problems with this app and the people who complain about the password not working are lying or are just stupid. YOU GET TO MAKE YOUR OWN PASSWORD. Now if you forget your password then you can’t use the app

App does not work
When is this company going to fix this app? Or do they no longer care. Like others, I can not get by the wifi connection setup. It would be nice to see what i am taking video while i am taking video or even if the drone is actually taking video. I am giving my drone to my nephew and saving up to by a real drone from a company that truly cares about its customers.

App issues
I got the v2900 Pro 2 years ago. It has worked great even changing phones until now. I can connect to the drone via WiFi. It does say the security using WPA is low. I connect and go back to the app and the screen with the instructions are huge and I can’t get past it. I’ve tried deleting and downloading it again and reconnecting to the drone and nothing works! What gives? My daughter is not happy it’s not working.

I’m so frustrated this drone has been awesome until I got my iPhone 13 Pro Max. First it wouldn’t update gos so uninstalled and reinstalled app now I can’t get past the first screen it has steps 1-4 but it’s like it’s sized wrong for the screen and it won’t go into the app so I can use the drone. No customer service number online either!!! These drones aren’t cheap you guys need to keep up with this for consumers!

Not working with New iOS.
I cannot get the app past the Wi-Fi screen. Very frustrating. Just bought from a random stranger on the market place. Completely my stupidity. The drone however flies nicely, though I would love to pair it with my phone. Can someone please help. Please update the system so the new iOS can run the program. I’d greatly appreciate it. Thank you in advance.
