I was reading other reviews for this app and in no way it reflect the reality. This app is amazing and has helped me with my day to day operations. Sometimes I don’t have the budget or the time to wait for a photographer to go to the property to this app really saves my life. I don’t need any special training or expensive equipment. I just need the phone I already have.

BoxBrownie is amazing at what they do and previous reviews seem to be photographers that are nervous that this app will cut down on their income

BoxBrownied customer service is always amazing I always get the help I need and they are super friendly and helpful.

This app crashes every time you try to submit a job. Then, their customer service team tells you to just upload things through their website. So what’s the point of the app other than wasting hours of your time. On top of that, they make it sound like they’re working on fixing your issue and then you never hear back from them. Very disappointing.

An easy to use photography app with editing services built in. This app makes it easy for an individual with a cellphone get professional quality photos.

The app was super easy to use and upload for edits. It snapped bracketed photos with ease and saved me so much time! Turnaround on the photos was a few hours. Not bad at all! Will continue to use it in the future.

Disclosure, I’ve been shooting real estate for 7 years. I know shoot flambient but use HDR as a backup option for low quality homes such as those needing full renovation. When I first started out I used boxbrownie and had an awful time getting quality consistent edits. Fast forward a few years I thought I’d look into this just as a backup option in case my camera died on a job. I made sure I had the settings setup to the highest quality and used a tripod. I shot this next to my DSLR. First, their editors still have no idea how to properly edit RE. Just low quality work at a top-of-the-market $1.60 per edit. I even turned off the “sky swaps” in the settings and it was still done. Second is noise. Part of this is a lack of knowledge on the part of the editors and the other is the fact this is shooting with a tiny sensor cell phone. This DOES NOT in any way shape or form constitute professional and that language is offensive to me as an actual professional. I tested this on a job site without a client present. If I ever took my phone out to shoot a home I would never be hired again. The last point is time. I set this up right next to my DSLR to just shooting the large living spaces as a test. The app on an iPhone 13 took 3-4 times longer per shot than my DSLR using AEB.

In conclusion I strongly encourage you avoid this app and box brownie for the following reasons:

1. Low quality edits at top of the market outsource pricing
2. Time on site is tripled vs shooting AEB with a dslr.
3. Using a cell phone and pretending it’s “professional” is a slap in the face to the actual pros.

A great ap to be used in conjunction with Box Brownie.com. Offers simply easy to use solutions for Realtor photo needs. Absolutely Helps us get more eyes on our listings and get our sellers top price! Even great for the non-techie (thats me!)
