The algorithm seems to favor the underdog the majority of the time. It is better to be behind with a draw, than ahead with a made hand. There is a good selection of tournaments and cash games. My issue is with the “spins”. Multiple times I have bought into a game and was advertised one payout but paid a different amount. My most recent experience: Buy in $10 Spin Game (Spin Game consists of 3 players, you buy in and it shows a wheel that determines the payout and the pay out is either 2x, 3x, 5x, 10x, 25x, 100x, 400x, etc your buy in.)
I bought in to a $10 Spin, the wheel displayed a payout of $250. It was advertised as $250 prize during the duration of the tournament. Upon victory of the tournament the message stated, “Congratulations you won $200”
So it was displayed as $250 but they only credited me with $200. Now I am pretty sure this has happened to me before but I thought maybe I made a mistake. This time I made sure to pay attention to it and I am 100% sure that’s what happened.
I contacted customer service and they can’t tell me what the payouts are for a spin game (2x,5x, etc) I’m not even sure that $200 was an option. The problem has not been resolved. I am still waiting for an email after waiting on a chat for 20 minutes with no progress.
Be careful out there and pay attention to the payouts.
