App ballooned to 850MB in data

Be careful when you use this app. I hardly ever used this app, but when my phone started running low on storage, I checked and this app was suddenly using 850MB of space for data. No idea what data this app could possibly be storing that would take up almost a GIGABYTE (!) of space.

A Möbius strip of frustrating futility.

I have been a member of Station Casinos rewards program for many years. I have stayed and played in their lovely resorts a number of times. Green Valley Ranch is my favorite.
But if I had never stayed or played in one of their resorts, and had only my experiences with this app, I would never have darkened their doorways.
This app is a pathetic failure. I have spent an embarrassing amount of time trying to simply log in (failure), wait…Wait…WAIT…for a response with a temporary password, change my password (failure), log back in (failure), …. Just fail, Fail, FAIL.
I’m not inexperienced with technology and, though a novice, I am pretty good at this stuff. This takes you in circle after circle after circle….through desolate worm holes… until you arrive back where you started.
I GIVE UP!

Waste of Time

This application is awful. They encourage everyone to download their app, but I honestly find it to be a waste of time. I have never been able to load my current offers in the app, I always have to go to the website in order for those to appear. In addition, the information provided should contain everything I need to know about the offers I’ve been given each month. I have several offers that when clicked on tell me to refer to my mailer. What if I lost my mailer or never received it? If you’re going to have an online portal, it should include all relevant information to each user. Oh, and forget about booking a hotel room on this app. I’ve never once successfully confirmed a hotel reservation in the app and always have to resort to the website or calling an agent on the phone. This app is useless.

TERRIBLE

Not a frequent SC visitor, but knew I had an account. Decided to download and login so I could get the boarding pass discount at Feast Buffet. When I presented the digital boarding pass, a very rude lady at the counter informed me “We don’t do that here.” When I asked what the app was for, all she said was “I don’t know” and proceeded to tell me that they have to have a physical card to swipe. I asked about inputting my card number manually to which she also said they could not do it. Incredible that a company worth literally billions of dollars can’t seem to make an intelligent app with a digital offering of their rewards program. Shame on you Stations Casinos for making an app that technologically is embarrassingly behind the times.

The worst customer support EVER

Literally put in a bet and pressed submit once and the app put the same bet 3 times within 5 seconds. Called support and the rep said he cannot do anything on their side once a bet is placed. This is hours before game time. He told me to leave work and get to the nearest casino to see if I can void it. What a joke, he even told me looks like an app glitch but nothing he can do to reverse it. Great job and thanks for the wonderful service of putting locals first. Why bothering having customer support if you can’t rectify an app glitch that you clearly see on your side.

Terrible

Everything was good for my first week, then today right before the hockey/basketball playoff games went off the board, and now I’m missing the late baseball too with hundreds of dollars not being able to work for me. Disgraceful. It keeps saying I have the wrong password, even though, password is saved in my phone. I asked for a free $20 bet and he laughed at me. WE SHOULD BE COMPENSATES for your FAULTY NEGLIGENT APPLICATION.
When I was able to see my balance and pending transactions, I did not see the MAGIC at +517 on my history...SMH. Going back to William Hill. Be weary.

Don’t waste your time

If the selected property even loads, when you click for your offers that page never comes up!! it’s been years on and off that I’ve tried using this app hoping it would have been updated and it only seems to get worse. Don’t waste your time or space on your phone for this trash.

Doesn’t Work

This app, if it connects to the initial screen, won’t connect to any other pages citing an API error. It even shows I have pending messages that it won’t let me access. This app is useless for any information. And it keeps getting worse. I’m editing this review years on and they still have not worked out how to fix it. Very sad.

Useless app

I used to be able to see my offers with the old app, but after the update, there are multiple issues, can’t see the offers, can’t book a room online, etc. After reading the reviews with same sentiments, disappointed that Stations made no attempt to correct the errors for years. This app is useless.

Slow, very slow

Its downloaded, I am on wifi, I have two messages, page takes forever to load, it is blank. Switching to a different casino and the app froze. Way to go developers, I bet you got your paychecks in time though!
Satations unexpectedly quit (lol, hence the 1 star)
sent report, useless app.
