Great workout app
Plenty of workout routines. Easy to use. I like the workouts. The app keeps track of your rest time and tells you when to start the next workout. All around great app.

Great app, but missing some things
It’s a good app for an easy pick-up and work out when you don’t know what to do or just want a quick body workout.

The main thing it’s missing is either a more extensive move library, or the ability to add our own moves. This is mainly used in the custom workout builder—which is excellent by the way—when I try to add something like pistol squats, archer push-ups, or pike lifts. These exercises, among others, are missing so I would love the ability to add custom moves!
