Study Gateway Hack 8.320.1 + Redeem Codes

Despite having the most recent version of the app, which was updated yesterday, the links in the app still aren’t working. I can click on and watch the videos for the studies in the app, but if I try to click on any of the other links for the studies, such as the study guide or sermon notes, the app crashes and closes. I tried several times with several different studies and the app crashed every single time. I don’t have this problem at all when I access links from the website. But it would sure be nice if the app worked like it’s supposed to. Please fix this issue!

I’ve been using Study Gateway for over a year now. The content of each study is great. It offers so many titles and teachings from an array of authors, pastors, and teachers. Most of the studies I have used has been in small group settings and everyone really enjoy the sessions and the provided material. Everything you need to make the sessions your own is housed in each topic (book, study guide, where to purchase, etc.). Great resource for anyone who loves equipping the Body of Christ with truths. In addition, the cost for this valuable tool is so affordable. I am a widow and live on a really tight budget so I appreciate being able to have continued access that does not take away a lot from budget. Well worth the study material!

None of the tabs on the app pull up anything. The only way I could find my study was to search for it. I saved it to ‘My List’, but can’t find a ‘My List’! Each time I want to watch one of the video sessions, I have to search for my study again. So far the videos play fine and no sound issues as others have stated. However, it is quite frustrating to have to do a search to find my study each time and nothing pulls up on the tabs.

I have learned So much through these Bible studies. They’re all different. It is a way to insure connection & growth with God. Going deeper into my understanding of a relationship with him & with understanding &scripture. Wether you do it as a group or alone, It’s all good! I watch the videos over and over. I go at my own pace doing the workbook. But if I’m with a group the discussions are also wonderful. I will never be without a Bible Study!

I subscribed to this app so that I could share the videos on a Bible study I led. My members never could access the videos. I spent several hours on the chat line to try to get it resolved but never could, one of my members also spent over an hour on live chat trying to get access and never could. The site has some great stuff but I needed the videos to share with my group. Very frustrating and disappointing. The instructions on how to cancel the subscription is hard to follow. I cannot get it cancelled🤦🏻‍♀️

While I love having access to a plethora of video content & have been using the app as an aid in leading my women’s ministry group, it’s very frustrating that I’m unable to actually read the “free” first chapter of the study guides as the app keeps crashing when you click the links. I don’t purchase study guides/books without being able to read a chapter & decide if I feel confident in sharing the content. PLEASE FIX THIS!

I writing this for the iPad app, not iPhon or website. I thought something done to the glory of GOD should be at a higher level. Sadly not true with this app. From what I can tell the content is great and suspect the creators won be horrified if they knew how poorly their service to the LORD was being implemented in software.

Apart from being unusable on iPad if I go to the app support page hyperlink just above these comments I get page not found on the Harper Collins website.

These are simple things that should have been fixed before going live on even the entry level app by inexperienced team. How this is in the store for two months (possibly longer) without the developer knowing about would normally get people fired on a mediocre software team.

The content looks great, c’mon HC step up your game, or move this client to someone who cares.

I usually stream Study Gateway through my Roku on my tv and it works great! I downloaded this app and I haven’t had any problems. The other reviewer complained about no sound, but it might be something she needs to adjust on her iPad, instead of the app. I have an iPhone and I can hear the videos and content just fine.

I believe all of the reviews must be old; maybe before an update?? Because I have had zero issues with this app. It is extremely easy to use and works great! Makes it so convenient to watch the videos instead of having to use my web browser. I love it!

I purchased a study, which included access to the videos through study gateway. I have not been able to access the videos and customer service has been painfully slow in responding. The variety of videos available on the site is excellent, but I am not willing to pay again for the ability to watch something that I have already purchased.
